While working as a steward at a remote desert resort, Kimble is unaware that the area is a top-secret government test site for chemical weapons. Kimble tries to leave, but gets mistaken for a spy by Major Beck, the head of the project. When several staff members, including the staff physician, suffer from a resulting chemical explosion, Kimble is pressed into service to care for the wounded, unaware that Beck still plans to turn him into the army general leading the project.

In an elaborate con, Ralph Mason marries a rich woman named Nora Cory for her money. Unfortunately his schemes goes awry when he murders one of her sons from a former marriage. As he attempts to make the death look like a suicide, he is caught by Nora as he is writing a fake suicide note. Nora collapses and falls into a paralyzed, yet conscious, state. She is bedridden and worried that her husband will try to kill her. She is also unable to speak and cannot tell anyone about her dangerous husband. When her nurse Jean Dekker allows her husband to adminster her medicine, she grows fearful that he will try to poison her. Fortunately, the nurse figures out a way to communicate with Nora. Nora squeezes her hand in response to yes or no questions. Jean discovers the truth about Ralph, but when Ralph finds out he tries to kill both Nora and Jean . Fortunately, Nora comes out of her paralysis in time to scream. She alerts her second son who manages to subdue Ralph before he can kill again.

The Alfred Hitchcock Hour - Season 1 - Episode 29
Dianne Castillejo is a recovering alcoholic who gets into trouble when her adopted son drowns in the family swimming pool. Dianne is visted by a mysterious woman named Consuela Sandine who threatens to tell everyone that Dianne was negligent and drunk at the time of the drowning. Consuela says she is the boy's mother and wants blackmail money. Consuela also demands to be allowed to stay as their houseguest where she hopes to drive Dianne back to alcohol while simultaneously seducing her wealthy husband Victor. The plan works at first, but when Dianne finds out that her adopted son's real mother died in childbirth she fights back by telling Victor the whole thing. Victor believes her and promptly kicks Consuela out of the house.

The Fugitive - Season 2 - Episode 14
Kimble unwittingly hitches a ride with Hanes McClure,a wanted criminal out to settle a score in his Georgia home town. When Hanes attempts to crash a barricade, and Kimble grabs the wheel to save an innocent life, but it gets both of them arrested. Both Kimble and Hanes then endure the spectacle the small town makes of the double arrest.

During a lovers' quarrel Dandy Arthur kills his ex-girlfriend. Unfortunately, a button torn from her coats lands in his pocket during the struggle. His wife finds the button and Dandy sets out to kill her as well. Eventually, however, Dandy gives himself away by talking too much and is arrested by the police.

The Alfred Hitchcock Hour - Season 1 - Episode 23
Louise Henderson rents a room to woman named Vera Brandon who begins to show an unreasonable amount of interest in Louise's newborn son. Louise begines investigating and discovers that she and Vera shared the same maternity ward when her son was born. She also discovers that Vera's baby died during childbirth and this death has left her mentally disturbed. She comes home only to both Vera and her son missing. She finds an address and calls the police. The police go to the address and discover Vera rocking the baby back and forth and claiming that the child is hers. The police return the child to Louise and send Vera to a mental hospital for treatment.

Alias Smith and Jones - Season 2 - Episode 22
A female casino owner runs a crooked game, and nearly kills Heyes and the Kid for trying to point that out. They wind up in the care of a man and his daughter. After hearing their story of how the casino owner destroyed the man's newspaper, and how he now dabbles in new techniques for printing, Heyes gets an idea of how to use the woman's greed to their advantage - by pretending to be able to print their own bills. But the woman turns out to be more careful than they thought, and it's not until they find a way to use that against her that they can finally end her reign.

The Fugitive - Season 2 - Episode 12
While working as a hotel steward in Wyoming, Kimble is forced to run after learning that another hotel employee has stolen hotel funds, and Kimble becomes the suspect. Kimble escapes on a tour bus containing a bickering couple called the Langners, a visiting spinster named Louanne, a local guy named Sandy Baird, and the bus driver. But Kimble becomes trapped when the bus breaks down on a back road, and all the passengers discover his secret when his identity is revealed over the radio. Held at gunpoint, Kimble must find a way to escape by emotionally getting between his various captors before the bus driver returns with the police.

CHiPs - Season 3 - Episode 9
Ponch, Jon, Bear and Lenny go to Palma Vista to cover for the striking Palma Vista Police Department. While there, they help an orphaned 10-year-old girl find a new home, arrest a councilman's two sons and city manager's daughter on some serious traffic charges, and break up a hijacking ring. Ponch falls for a lady race car driver, but loses out in the end.

The Alfred Hitchcock Hour - Season 1 - Episode 13
Robert Evans is a revivalist preacher who is desperate for money to build his own church. He romances a rich woman named Naomi Freshwater and kills her. Some time later, Robert meets Naomi's neice Laura. He tries to romance her as well, but she is not interested. When Laura discovers that Robert killed her aunt, the preacher kills her and stuffs her body in a trunk. He drags the trunk to a pit and sets it on fire. Later, as Robert is delivering a sermon, it begins to rain. The rain puts out the fire and the contents of the burned trunk are revealed. Robert is promptly arrested and charged with murder.

Ironside - Season 7 - Episode 11
A returning Vietnam vet sees his supposedly dead father at the airport, and initiates a search for him against the Commissioner's wishes. The father, a one time member of the SFPD, turns out to be in hiding from a crime family eager to kill him for his part in their downfall, and the last thing that he wants is to be found.

A friend of Mark's is being unfairly shaken down by a crooked loan shark with crippling interest demands. Worried for his friend Mark goes undercover, despite objections from the Chief, and sets himself up as a potential customer in the hope of digging the head of the operation out of the woodwork.

A retired assassin kills the son of a mob chief, and tries to escape town after anonymously leaving his own young son in the care of Chief Ironside. The Chief soon puts two and two together, and figures out who the boy is; but he still has to find the father, before a major league gangster out for revenge can get to him first.

The Fugitive - Season 1 - Episode 2
Working as a handyman in backwater Missouri, Kimble encounters Jenny, a schoolgirl and pathological liar who speaks to a rag doll that she keeps at a nearby pond. When Jenny is late for school, she claims Kimble attacked her. As Jenny's teacher, Emily Norton, speaks to Kimble about Jenny's compulsive lying, Jenny runs home and tells her mother she saw Emily and Kimble making out in the barn. Kimble's co-workers rough him up, Emily gets fired, and both are told to leave town. Instead, Kimble goes to a school hearing on Emily and tries to clear her by catching Jenny in a lie, but his plan backfires when the skeptical townfolk believe Jenny and form a lynch mob to hunt Kimble down.

Ironside - Season 8 - Episode 6
When Ed returns from a holiday he finds the Chief missing, and a series of obscure clues pointing to the suggestion that he has been kidnapped. In truth Ironside has been waylaid by an old enemy, a mobster seeking his help to solve a murder, but a gang war is brewing and the Chief needs his team to find him in time to stop it erupting unchecked.

A young man befriended by the Chief is framed for a series of cattle rustlings near to the ranch owned by his father. Ironside and Ed head out for the ranch to try to prove him innocent, whilst at the same time helping him to convince his father that his artistry is an acceptable career.

Fran Belding's Mexican cleaning lady turns out to be an illegal immigrant, brought into the country against her will by an employment agency who are little more than slave traders. The team tries to help her, but she may be too scared to accept their help before it is too late.

Alias Smith and Jones - Season 2 - Episode 11
The passengers of a coach are taken hostage at Diablo Station by four cowboys. Not discussing their ultimate goal, they keep Heyes and the Kid and the others tied up, just waiting. Soon, the goal becomes very clear to Heyes. The leader wants to avenge his brother's death - upon sheriff Lom Trevors. Can Heyes and the Kid, or any of the other passengers warn Lom before he arrives?

A man who knew Kimble during one of his disguises, meets him again. He tells him that on one of his hurried, silent departures from a town, he left behind evidence which indicated he was dead and an innocent man is being held for his murder.

Ironside - Season 6 - Episode 19
When her fiancé is accused of murder, a young woman comes to Ironside for help; but when it transpires that the fiancé in question is an old Naval acquaintance of the Chief's, a man with whom he did not get along, the assistance is both offered and accepted somewhat grudgingly. It soon becomes clear, however, that the prejudice which exists in the couple's home town is in serious danger of destroying an innocent man's life.

The promotion of a new Chief of Police leaves an opening for a new Chief of Detectives, and the front runner for the job is Lieutenant Amy Prentiss. Much of the force is opposed to her appointment, but she is determined to prove them wrong. With Ironside and his team alone in supporting her, she has to make her mark in a difficult case beset with problems, whilst at the same time convincing her male dominated staff to accept her as their new leader.

The Cartwrights are once again brought in the middle of the Civil War. This time, the wife of former Civil War Col. Cody Ransom brings her young daughter to the Ponderosa, trying to pick up the pieces of their lives. However, Ben soon learns that Col. Ransom may be trying to search for his family. However, Union Maj. Donahue has been pursing Ransom and his men for many years after the war ended, and has refused to accept anybody's terms of surrender – especially since Donahue considers capturing Ransom a personal matter.
