Meanwhile, Horatio and Delko arrive at a crime scene and discover that it's already been processed, leading Horatio to uncover further information about his brother possibly being alive.

When gang-related gunplay goes down in an emergency room, Horatio and the team must find the gang members responsible. The evidence suggests that an orderly in the hospital recognized the wounded gang member, who possibly killed one of the orderly's friends and alerted gang members to his location. However, the evidence doesn't match up and the CSIs discover that a cheating girlfriend, not gang retaliation, may be behind the shooting. Meanwhile, Ryan questions a mother in the emergency room after her story regarding her child doesn't add up.

Said and Arif go to Warden Glynn about Lalar's murder. Angry and full of rage, Said then confronts White about passing drugs. Unsatisfied with White's response, Said beats White severely, which gets Said thrown in the hole. Chucky Pancamo's condition worsens. On orders from Schillinger, Winthrop gets into a fight with Guenzel. Schillinger goes to with a deal, he'll let Beecher work for him delivering mail to Keller if Beecher has Guenzel transferred to Gen Pop so Schillinger can have him. Keller discovers the feds have compelling evidence linking him to one of the past murders. Meanwhile, Howell makes her move on Keller, Rebadow's ship comes in...for someone else and Hill becomes gravely ill.

Now, when Horatio and the team learn that Laken recently witnessed a serious assault at a Miami Heat basketball game, they are on the hunt for two perps instead of one.

McManus still commits to helping White change, even after White stabbed him. Clayton Hughes, on an emotional rampage, kills Basil. Glynn's secretary discovers him drinking heavily and she decides to drive him home. Sister Pete arranges a phone call between Beecher and Keller after she sees Beecher saddened by Keller's absence. Schillinger meets his new granddaughter but then runs into a new inmate who makes Schillinger question whether or not the baby is really his granddaughter. Said goes to Cloutier and asks him to coerce a confession from Jenkins about Robson's part in the plan to have Tidd murdered. Although it works, Cloutier gets visited by Schillinger and the Aryans and told to stay out of their business.

CSI: Miami - Season 5 - Episode 1

The episode picks up straight where "One of Our Own" left off. Horatio and Delko have arrived in Rio de Janeiro to hunt down Antonio Riaz, who ordered the hit on Marisol. The problem is that Horatio can't stop thinking about his late wife, and Brazilian authorities aren't being very cooperative. While there, Horatio runs into Yelina and finds out that Raymond is missing again. Ray Jr., now fourteen, teams up with Brazilian authorities and will stop at nothing to bring his father home safe, until Horatio learns the terrible truth... Raymond is already dead. Now Horatio must stop his nephew from getting himself killed trying to chase a ghost.

CSI: Miami - Season 2 - Episode 24

An adult film actress is found strangled in the park and the CSIs must find the killer. Blood and human tissue are found under Ashley Anders' nails and the DNA matches that of the CEO of the company that distributes her films – and he's a registered sex offender. Also, Calleigh discovers his answering machine audiotape on which he makes a threat against Ashley. However, there is an accident back at the lab with this crucial piece of evidence and Delko was the last person to handle it. Now, IAB's Rick Stetler is put on the case, much to Horatio's dismay, as the CSIs try to uncover further evidence in order to find the girl's killer.

#25 - Under Suspicion

CSI: Miami - Season 4 - Episode 6

The CSIs must race against time when all evidence in a murder case points to Horatio. When a murdered woman is discovered, Horatio admits that he was seeing her and that he was the last person to see her alive. Although the evidence logically points to Horatio as the killer, our CSIs must now dig deeper to find the real killer and learn who would have the motive and the method to frame him.

Oz - Season 4 - Episode 9

Adebisi's death still looms large over Oz. Against Glynn's better judgement and with special permission from the Gov., a TV news crew comes to Oz to film. Ryan O' Reily recognizes the star reporter as a past enemy and he immediately embarks on revenge. After interviewing inmates -- including Poet who strongly suggests the cover up can be exposed through Adebisi's video tapes-- the show's producer gets busy digging for answers. McManus discovers this and immediately tells Glynn to destroy Adebisi's tapes or face Oz possilby being shut down. The star reporter moves into a pod with Cyril for the evening to catch a "verite" view of Oz. The stunt backfires as Cyril (with prompting from O'Reilly) brutally beats the reporter.

Faces from the past are reemerging all around the Hamptons, and for Victoria and Emily it brings on different kinds of trouble and significance. Meanwhile Jack’s sense of duty grows exponentially, and Padma makes a move that could have major ramifications for Nolcorp.

Dr. Nathan attacks a patient while having a flashback of her rape. Cyril shanks and kills Li Chien, which gets Cyril sent to solitary and Ryan sent to the cage. During an interaction session Beecher attacks Schillinger after Schillinger denies ever raping him. Redding asks Glynn for control of the kitchen. Hill's grief over his dead mother and divorce from his wife send him back to drugs happily supplied by Poet. Beecher's new podmate is the son of a prominent family Beecher knew well. Because of that, Beecher decides to protect him from the Aryans at all costs.

Megan and the team investigate when a Philadelphia homicide detective is killed in a hit-and-run; Megan turns to her mother (Joanna Cassidy) for help.

When a popular 17-year-old high school student is found dead after a rave, the team must decipher various unknown drugs in his system and multiple bruises to figure out the cause of death. Megan is finally starting to date again after the divorce but her ex-husband springs some shocking news on her and her daughter, causing tension at home and at work.

Someone uses a laser light to blind a pilot and bring down a jet, which carries $1.2 billion in checks to be delivered to banks on the eastern seaboard. The crime scene evidence reveals a victim, a young fundraising socialite, who was inside the plane but killed prior to the crash. Now, although the team has little to work with since the victim's wealthy family is opposing an autopsy, Horatio must follow the money trail. Meanwhile, Calleigh works on the case with her ex-boyfriend, Detective Hagen, and their romantic history could cause problems for both of them.

Said continues to grapple with his conscious about Adebisi's death.

Schillinger has a disappointing visit with his "hero", Mayor Loewen. Glynn has to face up to the truth when Oz loses its first prisoner to toxic poisoning. Down in solitary, Officer Brass gets some quality one-on-one time with Morales. Cyril undergoes a round of unusual therapy, and Said gets more than he bargained for in leading the Muslims into a new business venture.
