The detectives are called to scene of a homicide of man whose body was dumped, Medavoy and Martinez take the case as Russell and Kirkendall stop to offer advice to a family whose daughter may have gone missing and Sipowicz and Sorenson are held up in traffic. John Irvin reports to Sorenson and Sipowicz that he fears Dolores is in trouble, because she's turned to hooking. He knows that she was last seen with a well to do man named Malcolm Cullinan. Bobby isn't quite sure, but he thinks he overheard Naomi speaking with an Australian accent. An old friend from his school days stops by to ask Andy to talk to his daughter about the company she is keeping. The daughter is living with a woman who's looking to eventually change her sex, but that isn't the issue, it's her boyfriend is an unstable element. So unstable, that despite Andy's visit the next morning the daughter's roommate is murdered. Another of Andy's old schoolmates might be the key to unraveling the mystery. Also for some unexplained reason, Sipowicz seems unusually agitated with Fancy. Meanwhile, Greg and James look into where a man is getting a lot of teeth that contain gold fillings and uncover a small grave robbing operation. Later, Naomi confesses to Bobby about her Australian origins and her desire to become a police woman.

Bridget admits to Dante that she misses Dino. Dante tells her that they will have him back with them tonight. Felicia tells Christian that her son is her best medicine. Christian sits with Felicia and later kisses her. Dante and Bridget come by to pick up the baby, but Felicia tells them that he is living with her now. Ridge is furious when he sees Brooke and Nick together at the courthouse but Massimo reminds him to remain calm. Massimo later pushes Jackie to come between Nick and Brooke but she refuses. Eric comes to the court to support Jackie. As the bail hearing commences Jackie meets her lawyer but he doesn't seem too possitive about her release. Things get out of hand as the prosecutor details Jackie's offences. Massimo offers to post bail, but things fall apart when he is questioned about Jackie's affair with Deacon.

Nick drops by to see Stephanie and accuses her of working with Massimo to have Jackie arrested. Stephanie informs him that it has nothing to do with her. Stephanie adds that she would like Nick to be with Brooke and take her far away. Nick visits Jackie and tells her that she will be out of jail by the following morning, or else Massimo will have a war on his hands. Jackie fears for Nick. Megan calls Massimo to vent more guilt, but Massimo thinks now is the time for Ridge to strike in getting Brooke back. Brooke is furious with Ridge for bringing Stephen back to L.A. Stephen apologises to Brooke for lying to her in Paris, but realises that she still has issues with him leaving the family when she was a child. Stephen apologises and tells Brooke he wants to make up for all the hurt in the past, he also adds that she shouldn't use his mistakes to punish Ridge.

Taylor tells Ridge that she still feels that Brooke is a threat to their marriage. Bridget calls Ridge and tells him that Brooke has gotten married, Ridge rushes over to Brooke leaving Taylor pissed. Hector comes by and offers support to Taylor as she whines that her marriage will never be free of Brooke. Brooke tells Nick that she married Eric for Bridget, adding that Eric is the man she should have been married to all along, for her children's sake. Nick tries to make Brooke give into her passion for him, but she pushes him away. Ridge comes by and refuses to believe that Brooke loves Eric, or Nick. Ridge says that he is the man she has always loved. Jackie is crushed when Eric tells her that the evening isn't for her and that he has married sombody else. Jackie runs out when he tells her that Brooke is his wife. Stephanie later arrives and begs Eric to give their marriage another chance.

Nick learns that Brooke has a photo shoot for the Brooke's Bedroom line. Nick tells Jackie that the thought of Ridge leering over a scantly clad Brooke makes him cringe. Nick says that he won't accept any more stunts from Ridge and Stephanie and once he is married to Brooke she'll either have to fire them or leave Forrester Creations. Stephanie tells Massimo that her plans all lay in the photo shoot and will destroy Nick and Brooke's relationship. Thorne wonders why Ridge would give up on Brooke, but Ridge says he will be waiting for Brooke if she ever decides she needs him. Massimo tells Ridge he must get through to Brooke. After breaking down at her Alcoholic's Anonymous meeting, Taylor spends time with Alexandria and makes a dress for her out of some of Darla's things, leaving Thorne touched with the way Taylor is caring for his daughter. Eric is happy to see how enthusiastic Ridge is over working with Donna, and glad to hear that Ridge seems to be happy again.

Brooke asks Bridget if she is sure she wants to give up on Nick, and Bridget shows her that their divorce papers have come through. Brooke makes Bridget a promise to not pursue anything with Nick until their divorce is finalized in six months. Taylor brings breakfast to Nick and Taylor wonders if Brooke will be able to manage being with Nick, knowing that it will hurt Bridget. Brooke later drops in on Nick and after they profess their love, Brooke informs him that she can't make love to him for six months.

Stephanie attempts to poison Massimo's mind against Jackie when he hints at reconciling. Bridget tells Nick that she has felt neglected lately and asks him if he still wants to marry her. Nick wonders where her worries have appeared from and isn't impressed when she tells him that she met with Dante. Jackie tells Brooke that she too believes that Stephanie faked the heart attack. Jackie adds that Stephanie must have thrown money at Mark as a bribe, explaining that he can now afford to be her new neighbor. Mark arrives to cancel the dinner plans with Jackie, but she uses her feminine wiles to lure him in. Brooke learns that Jackie plans to seduce the truth from Mark. Brooke makes a deal with Jackie to bring Stephanie down.

Stephen drops in on Jackie, whom acts angry with him when he arrives. Jackie informs him that she is aware of him sleeping with Taylor. Stephen apologises for his actions, but Jackie tells him she isn't angry, but actually finds him very attractive. Bridget tells Brooke that she feels she made a mistake in letting Dante go. Brooke advises Bridget to tell Dante how she really feels before he gets in too deep with Felicia. Ridge and Dante prepare some underwear designs and Ridge tells Dante that he needs to be sure before marrying Felicia, as he doesn't want her hurt. Dante later goes to Bridget when she calls and after telling him she loves him, they kiss passionately. Ridge takes some lingerie to Brooke at Marone Industries. Brooke isn't impressed with him being there, but he is even less than impressed when he sees Brooke's engagement ring.

Nick and Brooke return home from their honeymoon as Bridget waits with Hope. Hector and the paramedics rush Darla off in an ambulance with a devastated Thorne. Taylor is a wreck as Phoebe drives them off to the hospital. Christian works on Darla's injuries and Taylor admits to Hector that she was driving the car that ran Darla down and that she has been drinking. Ridge tells Thomas that Taylor and Phoebe aren't home. Thomas is concerned when he realises that Taylor has been drinking and now there is no sign of her. Phoebe calls and informs them of Darla's accident. Christian tells Thorne that Darla has multiple skull fractures and that she is in a critical state. Thorne and Ridge believe the accident was a hit and run as Taylor breaks down with emotion.

He reminds Felicia that he had previous informed her that he was taking the baby. A relieved Dante tells Felicia that he can't be without the baby, and tell Felicia that his future his with her and his son. Thorne asks Taylor to leave so that he can talk to Hector alone. Hector tries to make Thorne see that Darla's death was an accident, which only angers him. Thorne orders Hector to stay away from Taylor. Thorne visits Taylor to offer support to her. Taylor breaks as Thorne trashes the person that killed Darla, and confesses to the crime.

Eric and Stephanie exchange vows with their family watching on, then laugh it off as Felicia hands them the rings that they left on their dressing tables. Felicia says a quick goodbye to Dominick as Renée prepares to take him back to the guest house, then turns down Ridge's offer to dance when Dante shows up. After a quick turn around the floor and a kiss from Dante, Felicia moves to Thorne's arms and then to Eric's, where she collapses as Eric sings to her to the shock and dismay of her family. Hector finds Taylor preparing to move out of her office at Forrester Creations and tries to convince her that no matter how badly things ended up between them, there must have been something there once for her to have spent so long with Ridge.

Stephanie later orders Hector out, but he inists that he needs to be there to watch over Taylor. Hector explains that Taylor and Thorne's relationship is dangerous as she may confess the truth to him. Phoebe meets the guy Nick wanted her to show around Los Angeles. She is surprised that it is Harry. Phoebe is startled when she finds someone skulking around the bushes. He introduces himself as Shane and explains that he is their temporary gardener. Shane watches Thorne and Taylor kiss from the bushes.

Bridget is surprised to find Ridge at Brooke's and she insists that he must allow Nick and Brooke to be together. Ridge rushes out to go find Brooke, and Dante comes over to be with Bridget. Bridget tells him that Ridge isn't giving up on Brooke and fears that there will be more heartache to come. Brooke agrees to give Nick another shot and the two kiss. Ridge arrives and acts arrogant that Brooke is his and tells Nick to leave them alone. Ridge tries to have Brooke leave with him, but she stays put.

Brooke throws herself into work to take her mind off Nick. Dante suggests that she get out of the office and clear her head. Nick continues to see images of Brooke. Massimo realises that Nick is becoming obsessed with Brooke and advises him to get out of town for a while. Nick and Brooke end up in each others arms again.

Taylor stops by to see Stephanie, and Stephanie grows concerned when Taylor talks fondly of Nick. Stephanie advises her to stay away from him. Stephanie meets with Christian at the clinic and he asks her permission to take Felicia off life support. Stephanie agrees and prays that everything will be ok. Brooke, Nick and Hope have dinner aboard the boat. Nick tells Brooke that he wants to be Hope's father and they talk about dreams for the future. Nick and Brooke kiss as Taylor arrives and watches them from cover.

Brooke is devastated when Stephanie tells her that Ridge and Taylor renewed their vows. To try and prove her theory that Stephanie is faking her condition, Brooke disconnects Stephanie's air tube, and dares her to die. Ridge and Taylor return home, and tell an overjoyed Thomas that they have renewed their wedding vows. Nick and Jackie are introduced to Dante, and are surprised when Massimo reveals that Dante knows Bridget. Massimo had previous set up a meeting between the two of them in Copenhagen. Nick is suspicious of who Dante really is.

Brooke begs Ridge to leave, then goes upstairs to take a shower. Already heavily medicated, Brooke takes another pill and climbs into bed, and is barely conscious when Ridge, who has followed her upstairs without her knowing, strips off and climbs into bed with her. She tries to ask what he is doing there but is too deeply drugged to be in control and Ridge is all over her. Felicia is shocked to learn that Bridget and Dante are planning a trip to Italy so that Dante's family can meet his son and flat out refuses to let them go. Bridget sends Dante off while she talks to Felicia, and convinces Felicia that Dante has the right to introduce his family to his son, and promises they'll be back soon. Nick confronts Massimo and Megan at his office, and Megan agrees to testify on Jackie's behalf but warns him that Ridge is the only man who will ever make Brooke happy. Nick gives Massimo the phone and demands he have Jackie released, which he agrees to do.

Taylor turns the tables on Ridge and tells him that she kissed Hector. Ridge is angry and Dr. Higgins points out that Ridge has different rules for himself where Brooke is concerned. Ridge admits he has been wrong and apologises to Taylor. Stephanie toasts to destroying Brooke. Stephanie gloats that the family will now forgive her and turn against Brooke instead. Brooke goes to Eric and he is equally furious. He then goes on to tell Brooke that he has divorced Stephanie. Nick tries desperately to save his marriage, but Bridget tells him that she can no longer compete with her mother. Bridget believes she deserves so much more, taking off her wedding ring, she bids Nick goodbye.

The Forrester family rallies around Ridge while a guilt-ridden Stephanie tries to reach Brooke to bring her to Ridge's side, but all she manages to get is her voicemail. In San Cabo, Brooke and Nick look forward to a future together and make love.

Stephanie is upset that Nick found out about Dominick on the day they memorialised Nicole, but is relieved that Bridget didn't find out that day as well. Nick prepares to tell Bridget that Dominick is not his son.

Ridge later senses Stephanie is concerned about what Brooke will do, but Ridge tells her that it's only a matter of time till he has Brooke back again. Nick finds Brooke at home and he agress to respect what she want's to do where the Forrester's are concerned. Nick proposes to Brooke and she agrees to be his wife.

The birthday party for Alexandria continues as Thomas makes a home video. Clarke arrives dressed as a clown and begins playing pranks on everyone. As the party breaks up, Sally, having moved back to her penthouse, offers to take Alexandria for the night so Darla and Thorne can have some time alone. Thorne takes them home and everybody heads off for the night and Darla decides to leave Alexandria a message on the home video. Ridge takes Thomas home and Thomas finds an empty bottle of wine on the counter. Taylor rushes along the highway as thick fog settles in. Phoebe is scared to death as the stranger begins banging on her car. Phoebe calls Darla for help. Darla arrives and helps Phoebe change her flat tire as Taylor races around the corner and hits Darla with her car. Taylor is in shock as Hector and the paramedics show up. Thorne sees the commotion on the highway and is horrified when he sees that Darla has been knocked down.

Felicia initially goes along with Stephanie's belief that she is a lesbian raising a baby with Renee, but finally tells her that the baby is hers. Stephanie is thrilled for Felicia and her miracle baby, but shocked when she learns that the baby is named after his father, Dominick. Eric stages an argument with Brooke in front of Thorne and Taylor, then confesses to Brooke that he did it because his plan is to manipulate Stephanie into thinking he hates Brooke as much as she does so he can take Forrester away from her.

Bridget and Dante continue their plans to conceive a baby. After making love, Dante heads over to Forrester Creations and Bridget realises that she hasn't had a period for six weeks. Bridget takes a pregnancy test. Dante finds Felicia at the office with Dino. Felicia talks about the life that they could have had, but Dante makes it clear that his life is with Bridget now. Bridget later arrives to tell Dante that she has taken the test, Felicia demands to know if Bridget is pregnant. Donna tries to make Brooke admit that she loves Ridge, but Brooke doesn't take the bait. Brooke assures Donna that she is happy with Nick. Brooke puts Donna through the paces of becoming the spokeswoman and model for the Brooke's Bedroom Line. Nick tells Brooke that with Donna working on her behalf, Brooke won't have to deal with the Forrester family. Donna notices that Brooke doesn't seem happy by the idea and so she calls Ridge and tells him that Brooke is unhappy without him.

Thomas and Gaby pack their bags and prepare to go on the run, but Dunn stops them and has Gaby arrested. Gaby's attorney has her released when Gaby and Thomas admit their love, and the attorney points out that the court will see the marriage as real. Eric visits Nick and digs for information about his feelings for Brooke. Brooke invites Dante to spend the afternoon with her by the pool. Sharing wine, they become close and in an attempt to prove that she is moving on, Brooke kisses him.

Bridget is shocked to learn that Nick isn't little Dominick's father, but refuses to believe that she and Nick will not be raising the little boy together. Bridget is convinced that Dante wants her and Nick to raise Dominick and goes to his home to talk to him, where she is shocked to learn that what Dante really wants is to raise Dominick with her.

Dante meets with Eric and apologises for hurting Bridget, but Eric is relieved as Bridget hadn't yet moved past the break down of her marriage. Dante tells Eric that he regrets not marrying Felicia, Eric advises him to speak to her. Felicia leaves Dino in his stroller to sleep by the courtyard fountain. A stanger takes Dino. Felicia notices Dante's eagerness to get closer, but the moment is shattered when Felicia discovers that Dino is missing. Thorne visits Darla's grave and Phoebe later arrives. Thorne learns that Phoebe is worried about Hector's friendship with Taylor. Hector grows worried when Taylor is determined to tell Thorne the truth. Hector suggests they leave town and head to Mexico, but Taylor refuses and can't hide her guilt any longer. Hector shakes Taylor to make her listen as Thorne drops in and sees.

Taylor talks to Hector and tells him that she told Ridge all about what happened between them, but resists him when he tries to convince her to give him a chance. Brooke tries to encourage Ridge to work things out with Taylor, prompting Ridge to call Taylor and ask her to meet him up at Big Bear. Nick is shocked to learn how bad Ridge and Taylor's situation is from Brooke, and asks her not to go back to her ex-lover. Ridge isn't interested in hearing anything that Taylor has to say.

Nick gives Bridget the cold shoulder as she begs for his forgiveness. Jackie learns that Bridget is still pregnant but encourages Nick to turn his back on Bridget and be with Brooke. Nick refuses and tells her that he needs to make a home for his unborn child. Thomas' fashion show is a huge success and Taylor and Ridge bond as they beam with pride for their son. Phoebe, Steffy and Thomas hope that Ridge will be coming home with them, but when Taylor begins asking Ridge again to attend marriage counselling, he storms out.

As Ridge and Brooke plan to get married, Stephanie has one last attempt to convince Brooke to go back to Nick. Brooke prepares herself, while Stephanie prays that Bridget will arrive and stop the wedding. Nick tries to save his marriage to Bridget but she insists that it's time for both of them to move on. Bridget removes Nick's wedding ring and tells him to follow his heart to Brooke with her blessing. Bridget informs Nick to act now as Brooke is about to marry Ridge.

Ridge stops Thomas from signing the contract by giving him the opportunity to take part in a fashion showdown -- father against son. If Thomas wins he can stay at Spectra, move back in at home and the Forresters will accept his marriage to Gaby, but if he loses he will go to college and have his marriage to Gaby annulled.

Ridge and Nick both attempt to convince Brooke that they're the man for her. Massimo interrupts the discussion, demanding that Nick leave Ridge and Brooke alone. Stephanie encourages Brooke not to ignore the sacrifice that Bridget was willing to make by letting Nick go after she realised that Nick and Brooke were meant to be. Dante is with Felicia at the guest house, and she gives him the paperwork that names him and Bridget as little Dominick's legal guardians after her death.
