Blue Heelers - Season 4 - Episode 5
It's raining cats and dogs in Mount Thomas and Nick and Adam are overdue back from patrol. When they arrive they are drenched through and their uniforms are in tatters. The other Heelers have no idea of the extent of their trauma until Tom asks them to explain themselves and Adam bursts into tears. While Dash attempts to draw the story out of Adam, Nick disappears to change his uniform. However, shock has taken over and he withdraws into himself, making it difficult to find out the true story. Adam explains that it all began when they attempted to rescue a young girl from a flooded stormwater drain. While Nick held onto her and attempted to stop her from being dragged away, he sent Adam for help. Blue Heelers - Season 10 - Episode 11
Jo, Jonesy and Tom join some St Davids members, Rusty, Snr Sergeant Baines, and A sergeant, Kirsten (with who Rusty has had an affair) on a team building adventure weekend - a 'love in'. Done in classic flashback style, we initially see Ben in the sack with Inspector Falcon Price's wife Felicity. We next see FP accusing Jo of sabotaging equipment in an attempt to 'kill' him. As the episode progresses, the teams at the love in, all on first name bases, are picked. Jo being 'red' team leader, Rusty being 'blue'. A healty competition ensues with some in fighting within the blue team, consisting of Rusty, Jonesy and Snr Sergean Baines. Baines is ridiculed by Rusty when they have to cross a river, whilst Jonesy uoends the raft on which FP is floating. In typical flashback style we're taken initially to the crime as it happens, the lead up to the crime and then the investigation. A domestic situation sees Susie paying regular visits to the same motel that Brad is staying at. She finds herself thankful, however, for the help that the others give her. Inspector Falcon-Price pays a surprise visit to the station to inspect but can find nothing wrong and Ben thinks he did well in front of the panel. Susie spends the night with Brad but things get out of hand when his depression takes over, and he spends the next day at the Imperial until he evantually causes a scene and Chris rings the cops to get rid of him. Susie and Ben deposit an angry Brad at home, and after he assures Susie that he loves her, they head back to the station to sign Susie out so she can spend time with Brad. There, the others are leaving and Marissa is waiting for Ben so they can go out to dinner. Susie, however, realises her gun is missing and they rush back to her home. Brad is missing as well.

Tom and Chris' longstanding friendship is put in jeopardy when Chris finds a fifty-year-old journal in her cellar. Chris brings the journal to Tom, asking him to discover the identity of the murderer and bring them to justice. There are no names used in the journal, but nevertheless Tom works out that the owner is a local spinster—the last person you'd ever suspect of hiding a murder for fifty years. He gets out of the water with an injured arm and finds himself at a camp where the Fisher family take him in - Kaye and Bob are the parents, their daughter Tamsin sits by the fire like a zombie, or like she's been drugged up. Back in the present, a wounded Jonesy with a bandaged arm and head comes back to the station. The Fishers are there, telling the cops how they saved his life but he cries out, telling them they need to save Tamsin.

Meanwhile, Jack strikes up a friendship with the band's spunky back-up vocalist, who turns out to be the daughter of the band's promoter, Bryce McLeod. PJ investigates Bryce and discovers he was not only named in a top secret drug trafficking inquiry, but was also a close friend of Barry Craig's. Perhaps this is the missing link he is looking for. With PJ applying pressure on Bryce he pulls the plug on the band, bringing about tragic consequences for one of its members. When Jack rescues the daughter from a drug overdose she realises the truth about her father, and decides to help PJ.
