Meanwhile, Cory's band, "Cory and the Boys", takes drastic action to get radio DJ Mitch, Victor's old friend, to get their music played on the radio.

Meanwhile, Eddie and Cory use Chelsea's paddleballs to get money by having her break records. They think that it will be easy, until the defending paddleball champion—Stanley—shows up.

It's Breanna's 15th birthday, and she's very excited. After recieveing such cool presents from her Grandma and Mom, Flex tries to top them all by inviting Lil' Zane to Breanna's birthday party. Everything starts to go wrong when Duane tells Breanna before Flex can actually invite him. In the end after all that stalking Flex is finally able to get him to perform at Breanna's birthday party.

The Hughleys - Season 2 - Episode 14
At a charity auction, Yvonne meets a number of working mothers who are condescending when they find out Yvonne is a stay at home mom, but her gift-basket that she donates sells for a lot of money. Yvonne decides to start a gift-basket business to prove she too can do it all and starts to work herself to the bone. Yvonne feels badly when Sydney gets a D on a math test, Michael has a new friend she hasn't even met, Darryl has to take Sydney to her Buttercup Girls meeting, and Michael starts gaining weight from Jessie Mae's butter-heavy cooking. She realizes she's doing something she hates and ignoring something she loves to prove something to people she doesn't care about, so she quits.
