When Tatsu (Hiroshi Tamaki) was watching TV, Senkinraku, the chairman of PTA of Himawari's School, appeared as the "ideal father". Tatsu, who wanted to be his ideal father, attend a PTA meeting and told Senkinraku that he wanted to join the PTA. At the meeting, they were discussing the upcoming Halloween Party. Tatsu declares that he will cooperate with the party. But the Immortal Dragon has no idea what Halloween is like. Tatsu asks Masa (Jun Shison) for help, but Masa is not familiar with Halloween either. So, Masa decided to ask Yukari (Tina Tamashiro) to teach him.
Tatsu (Hiroshi Tamaki) was once a legendary gangster called the "Immortal Dragon", washed his feet and now lives peacefully with his wife Miku (Haruna Kawaguchi) and daughter Himawari. He lives a busy life as a "housekeeper" who puts his life into housework. On the other hand, the Tenjakukai, to which Tatsu was belonged, under pressure from rival Oshiroyama-gumi. With the power of the current Tenjakukai, it is unlikely that it will beat the Oshiroyama group. Tatsu's former brother, Masa (Jun Shison), begs to return to the group. The dragon and Torajiro glared at each other and scattered sparks. Meanwhile, Tatsu joins the fitness club at the invitation of Tanaka, the chairman of the Fire Dragon Town Women's Association. There, Tatsu is introduced to Tanaka by Yamamoto, the chairman of the Mizuryu Town Women's Association in the neighboring town. Hiryucho and Suiryucho were supposed to open a store at an upcoming festival, but a trouble occurred between the Hiryucho Women's Association and the Suiryucho Women's Association over this event. The Immortal Dragon is also involved in the conflict between the women's associations.
