Emma Molin is the guest of the program where nice nonsense and strange assignments are taken seemingly seriously. Clara Henry, Anders Jansson, Annika Andersson and Nassim Al Fakir compete to be the best in each test. These include classic events such as doing something manly, throwing darts and brain gymnastics.

A champion will be chosen. In all seriousness, the participants take on classic events such as "Gain as much weight as possible in ten minutes" and "Perform the biggest surprise".
