The 10 MasterChef: The Rematch participants will face the first team race of the season. Divided into two teams, competitors will have to cook main course and dessert for 150 crew members of the largest ship in the Brazilian Navy, the Atlantic Multipurpose Helicopter Carrier. In the elimination test, the judges evaluate the performance of the cooks and choose the two worst to play a duel.

The three chefs face each other in the challenge that will set first finalist. They have to work together on a proof of service, preparing two different menus for nine cooks of the MasterChef Brazil: Professionals. In the last duel of the season, the two contestants will have to feast. They should prepare a stuffed lamb shank with a sauce and three side dishes.

The four cooks will face the last team event of the season. The challenge will be to replicate a six-step menu inspired by Brazilian and Portuguese cuisine created by Brazilian chef Rodrigo Oliveira and Portuguese chef Rui Paula, MasterChef Portugal judge. In the final duel, the cooks will have to prepare four sophisticated and modern canapés. But the creation will not be free, each settee should harmonize perfectly with a sparkling wine and contain a mandatory ingredient: oyster, foie gras, strawberry or chocolate.

The six participants will make, for the first time in the season, a complete four-step menu: amuse bouche, starter, main course and dessert. Both teams must reproduce the menu in their smallest detail, but only the captains of each team will have a chance to see and taste the dishes. They will be judged only by the jury. Then the three cooks of the losing team compete for the elimination test, which will take place in two stages. In the first, which saves a cook, they must clean and fillet a whole tuna. Whoever does the best work is saved. The worst two go to the final duel, where they will have to make two dishes with the tuna they have cleaned.

The nine contestants face the first Mysterious Box of the season. Under the boxes they will find the plates that led to their eliminations. Each cook can redo the dish that took him out of the competition or use the same ingredients to create a new recipe. Competitors who had a median performance in the Mysterious Box will have a second chance to save themselves. In a mini pressure test, they should cut an entire chicken into eight pieces, then bread and fry those parts. In addition to breaded fried chicken, they will have to serve a sauce that matches the recipe. In the final duel, cooks should make a full menu using at least one different cheese at each step. The different cheeses should appear on the plates and form a coherent set within the menu.

The eight participants face the second team competition of the season. Divided into two teams, they will have to cook at a train station, serving a main course and dessert for 40 guests, all descendants of immigrants who came to Sao Paulo since the 19th century. At least one of the dishes each team makes must have coffee in their recipe. Then the losing team must prepare a pasta that does not carry any kind of meat. In the final duel, the challenge will be to use the millenary ingredient, honey. But instead of sweet recipe, competitors will have to cook salty dishes.
