Each pair must prepare identical versions, but not see what the other is doing. Those with the recipe will guide the companion through the wall. In the elimination test, competitors are surprised with a typical decor of a French bistro. In order to inspire them, the singer Gilbert is called to the studio to release his voice in serenades, giving a lighter atmosphere before the dispute. To stay in the game, participants will have to play a feast created by chef Erick Jacquin.

In the first competition of the season outside the kitchen, participants are divided into two teams, they are challenged to make a starter and a main course with fish and seafood. The second challenge is to make a hotel breakfast.
