In the first challenge, participants must create a dish with beans. The ultimate challenge will be to reproduce a version of the classic and exotic Italian recipe Timpano, a kind of pie that uses pasta in the dough and filling, as well as meat, vegetables, sauce and cheese. The authors of the best dishes are saved, while the three worst dishes fight to stay on the program. One of them will manage to escape with the help of his colleagues who are on the mezzanine.

Upon opening the boxes, participants discover that the counters have the same ingredients, however, there is a step-by-step and an image of how the delicacy should be presented. Each pair must prepare identical versions, but not see what the other is doing. Those with the recipe will guide the companion through the wall. In the elimination test, competitors are surprised with a typical decor of a French bistro. In order to inspire them, the singer Gilbert is called to the studio to release his voice in serenades, giving a lighter atmosphere before the dispute. To stay in the game, participants will have to play a feast created by chef Erick Jacquin.

Divided into two teams, participants must serve a complete feijoada, with traditional side dishes, to 100 members of the São Paulo Special Carnival Group. In the elimination event, the contestants will have to prepare an authentic bunny chow. The dish, which is a curry-filled bread, originated in a region with a lot of influence from Indian immigrants.

MasterChef (BR) - Season 6 - Episode 9

The 13 amateur cooks face the challenge of preparing a dish with items such as a dry coconut, a banana leaf and a wooden trunk. In the elimination event, competitors are facing another MasterChef Auction. With time as a bargaining chip, they will not fight for ingredients but rather for classic dishes of world cuisine and must make their own version of this classic.

In the first challenge, amateur cooks have to prepare pasta dishes based on French cuisine - a brisée, a sablée and a sucrée. In the final test, the contestants have to create a complete dish in which salmon is the protagonist.

In the first challenge, the contestants must prepare a carbonara dough. In the decisive test, experienced candidates will go around the world. Judges Henrique Fogaça, Paola Carosella and Erick Jacquin present six boxes full of typical ingredients from six countries - Mexico, Argentina, Portugal, Spain, Japan and Brazil - and recipes that bring the true taste of the culture of each region to the palate.

In an unprecedented test, amateur cooks are divided three times and, in each round, the captain must choose a representative to face a certain challenge. To inspire competitors, Ana Paula Padrão presents two resources that have everything to do with dynamics: Stock Car drivers Nelson Piquet Jr. and Cacá Bueno. After the test, the two drivers compete with chef Helena Rizzo for an extra round to see who can make the perfect whipped cream. The five amateur cooks face a Mysterious Box with one big difference: it should not be lifted but broken. Inside each box, competitors will come across exotic meats such as wild boar, ostrich, goat, soft crab, alligator, buffalo, escargot, frog and duck. In the elimination test, amateur cooks will have to prepare recipes sent by fans of the program.

MasterChef (BR) - Season 8 - Episode 12

In the first competition of the season outside the kitchen, the participants are divided into three teams and the captains must lead them to reproduce a dish created by the judges Helena Rizzo, Erick Jacquin and Henrique Fogaça in their restaurants: Maní, Président and Sal, respectively, passing on every detail they learned to colleagues in the studio, in addition to having to impress two guests, singers Léo Jaime and Margareth Menezes. The second challenge will be with pesto pasta, which can be from the traditional one, with basil, such as beetroot, coriander, walnuts, arugula or tomato. Divided into two groups, the cooks have to serve 400 women during a women's game between Corinthians and Santos. Each group should prepare a kebab that will win the palate of all the guests. In the elimination event, competitors face a challenge of preparing churros.

MasterChef (BR) - Season 9 - Episode 13

For the first time, judges Erick Jacquin, Helena Rizzo and Henrique Fogaça do the market for the competitors.
