#1 - Episode 2

MasterChef All Stars (BR) - Season 1 - Episode 2

The 10 MasterChef: The Rematch participants will face the first team race of the season. Divided into two teams, competitors will have to cook main course and dessert for 150 crew members of the largest ship in the Brazilian Navy, the Atlantic Multipurpose Helicopter Carrier. In the elimination test, the judges evaluate the performance of the cooks and choose the two worst to play a duel.

#2 - Episode 8

MasterChef All Stars (BR) - Season 1 - Episode 8

The four cooks will face the last team event of the season. The challenge will be to replicate a six-step menu inspired by Brazilian and Portuguese cuisine created by Brazilian chef Rodrigo Oliveira and Portuguese chef Rui Paula, MasterChef Portugal judge. In the final duel, the cooks will have to prepare four sophisticated and modern canapés. But the creation will not be free, each settee should harmonize perfectly with a sparkling wine and contain a mandatory ingredient: oyster, foie gras, strawberry or chocolate.

MasterChef All Stars (BR) - Season 1 - Episode 7

The cooks face the last Mystery Box of the season. Each will have a Mystery Box that has been emblematic in the seasons of amateur cooks. In the final duel, the contestants face a challenge unheard of in the history of MasterChef Brazil: a 24-hour race. They will have a full day to prepare three naturally fermented breads: one traditional, one stuffed and one sweet. To avoid elimination, participants will still have to present some recipe or preparation using traditional bread.

#4 - Episode 6

MasterChef All Stars (BR) - Season 1 - Episode 6

The six participants will make, for the first time in the season, a complete four-step menu: amuse bouche, starter, main course and dessert. Both teams must reproduce the menu in their smallest detail, but only the captains of each team will have a chance to see and taste the dishes. They will be judged only by the jury. Then the three cooks of the losing team compete for the elimination test, which will take place in two stages. In the first, which saves a cook, they must clean and fillet a whole tuna. Whoever does the best work is saved. The worst two go to the final duel, where they will have to make two dishes with the tuna they have cleaned.

MasterChef All Stars (BR) - Season 1 - Episode 5

The seven participants have to prepare a hard-to-execute French-made sweet recipe, the chocolate terrine. In the next challenge, the cooks will face a quiz that will save two more competitors. Everyone will have to make a Japanese delicacy, guioza. And in the final duel, two competitors have to prepare an emblematic dish of Japanese cuisine, the bento.

#6 - Episode 3

MasterChef All Stars (BR) - Season 1 - Episode 3

The nine contestants face the first Mysterious Box of the season. Under the boxes they will find the plates that led to their eliminations. Each cook can redo the dish that took him out of the competition or use the same ingredients to create a new recipe. Competitors who had a median performance in the Mysterious Box will have a second chance to save themselves. In a mini pressure test, they should cut an entire chicken into eight pieces, then bread and fry those parts. In addition to breaded fried chicken, they will have to serve a sauce that matches the recipe. In the final duel, cooks should make a full menu using at least one different cheese at each step. The different cheeses should appear on the plates and form a coherent set within the menu.

#7 - Episode 4

MasterChef All Stars (BR) - Season 1 - Episode 4

The eight participants face the second team competition of the season. Divided into two teams, they will have to cook at a train station, serving a main course and dessert for 40 guests, all descendants of immigrants who came to Sao Paulo since the 19th century. At least one of the dishes each team makes must have coffee in their recipe. Then the losing team must prepare a pasta that does not carry any kind of meat. In the final duel, the challenge will be to use the millenary ingredient, honey. But instead of sweet recipe, competitors will have to cook salty dishes.

#8 - Episode 1

MasterChef All Stars (BR) - Season 1 - Episode 1

20 former MasterChef Brazil participants return to the kitchen to compete for ten seats. Through a draw, the cooks will choose their opponents. Several gastronomic themes will be in this real knockout.

#9 - Episode 13

MasterChef (BR) - Season 7 - Episode 13

In the first test, participants will have to use their creativity to make a recipe with simple ingredients, which are usually found in the refrigerator on a daily basis. Whoever pleases the chefs goes on to the final tasting, in which the chicken will be the protagonist.

#10 - Episode 19

MasterChef (BR) - Season 6 - Episode 19

The five amateur cooks face a Mysterious Box with one big difference: it should not be lifted but broken. In doing so, participants will find that it is made of chocolate and that it is the only binding ingredient in their recipes. In the elimination test, competitors must prepare a recipe with a very dear ingredient of Brazilians, cod.

#11 - Episode 17

MasterChef (BR) - Season 7 - Episode 17

Amateur cooks must prepare the classic tiramisu, the Italian dessert that is full of preparation secrets between its layers. Whoever does well in the first test will have to deliver a stroganoff, and each finalist will receive a different protein.

#12 - Episode 11

MasterChef (BR) - Season 7 - Episode 11

Eight new competitors have to prepare a pizza. In the decisive event, the survivors will be challenged to come up with a recipe in which pork is the protagonist.

#13 - Episode 17

MasterChef (BR) - Season 6 - Episode 17

The seven cooks face a test in honor of the German gastronomy. They should work with ingredients that have flavors and characteristics equal to four different beers. In the elimination event, the contestants face a challenge of preparing a pasta with tomato sauce, chicken and salad, reproducing the recipe of the family of chef Paola Carosella.

#14 - Episode 15

MasterChef (BR) - Season 7 - Episode 15

The first test is on commemorative dates, such as Christmas, Easter and Mother's Day. Those who do well in the challenge will need to prepare, in the final test, dishes with different types of sauces, such as bechamel, hollandaise, velouté, tomato sauce, beurre blanc and Spanish sauce.

#15 - Episode 9

MasterChef (BR) - Season 6 - Episode 9

The 13 amateur cooks face the challenge of preparing a dish with items such as a dry coconut, a banana leaf and a wooden trunk. In the elimination event, competitors are facing another MasterChef Auction. With time as a bargaining chip, they will not fight for ingredients but rather for classic dishes of world cuisine and must make their own version of this classic.

#16 - Episode 21

MasterChef (BR) - Season 6 - Episode 21

The three semifinalists face three stages in a Mystery Box test. Each was prepared by one of the judges, representing their personalities in the kitchen, and to advance the amateur cook must win the three stages, worth one point each. If no one gets it done, the trio goes to the dreaded elimination test. And this latest elimination test of the season features a dish that is among the most famous in the world: the quail in the sarcophagus.

MasterChef (BR) - Season 7 - Episode 19

Participants will have to enter the MasterChef Auction to buy seafood and, for each bid, they will lose a few minutes of tasting. Those who pass the next stage will need to make recipes with wines and sparkling wines.

Eight new participants face the dreaded Famous Mystery Box. In the decisive event, the survivors need to show a lot of flavor and technique in a stuffed chicken.

#19 - Episode 23

MasterChef (BR) - Season 7 - Episode 1

Competitors will face a classic MasterChef event: the dreaded Mystery Box. But this time, it was not the judges who chose the ingredients, but Ivete Sangalo, Thiaguinho, Tirullipa and the duo Fernando and Sorocaba. In this unprecedented challenge in the history of the program, participants must replicate each artist's favorite menu. Those who pass will go on to the second and decisive stage and will face a challenge that fits perfectly with the times in which we live. They will have to prove that a soul cook is one who has cooking in his blood and knows how to raise the flavors of the ingredients in a basic basket.

#23 - Episode 1

MasterChef (BR) - Season 8 - Episode 1

Before discovering the theme of the competition, the 23 participants will be surprised by the presence of singer Diogo Nogueira. To prove that he understands the subject, the singer rolls up his sleeves and joins the participants to deliver a perfect freshwater fish. Chef Helena Rizzo gives a real lesson on Brazilian fish. Finally, the authors of the best dishes will face a difficult test of skill. In front of a table with 60 different ingredients in the shape of cubes, they will be blindfolded and will have to guess what they are tasting through their taste buds.

#24 - Episode 3

MasterChef (BR) - Season 8 - Episode 3

For the first time cooking together, the participants come across the Mysterious Box. Mid-range cooks will still have a chance to escape the hot seat at a taste of classic pasta, a cacio e pepe. In the final challenge, competitors need to prepare three stuffed and topped donuts.

The eight participants of the week face the MasterChef Auction in the first challenge, and will have to buy the meat they prefer with "tasting time". In the decisive event, amateur cooks will face an Italian challenge. Each competitor must deliver a perfect dish with a filled dough.

MasterChef (BR) - Season 8 - Episode 4

Competitors will face a team competition in which each team will have to make 150 lunchboxes to be delivered to an entity that promotes food donations to homeless people in São Paulo. In the elimination test, participants will have to make a French classic, the croque monsieur.

#27 - Episode 10

MasterChef (BR) - Season 7 - Episode 10

In the first challenge, contestants face the Famous Mystery Box. And in the final test, the survivors must reproduce a very famous dish in chef Henrique Fogaça's repertoire: the fish in the salt crust.

MasterChef (BR) - Season 6 - Episode 4

Divided into two groups, the cooks have to serve 400 women during a women's game between Corinthians and Santos. Each group should prepare a kebab that will win the palate of all the guests. In the elimination event, competitors face a challenge of preparing churros.

#35 - Episode 18

MasterChef (BR) - Season 7 - Episode 18

The eight new participants face the Famous Mystery Box and must prepare great gastronomy classics. In the decisive event, the survivors will have to face a great challenge with second-hand beef.

#36 - Episode 20

MasterChef (BR) - Season 6 - Episode 20

The four contestants go to Le Cordon Bleu São Paulo and face the challenge with the most rigorous assessment of the season, and must prepare a recipe from a class on a cooking technique taught by four school teachers: chefs Patrick Martin, Renata Braune, Alain Uzan and Saiko Izawa. In the elimination event, the two competitors will face each other in a great duel. At a table with 20 different inputs covered by cloches, they will have to choose between ingredients that have opposite characteristics to find out what to cook with. The choice will be alternated and in the end each will have 10 ingredients, all required on the plate.

The first challenge is to reinvent classic treats in childhood. Those who do well will go to the final test of Asian cuisine.

Competitors who stayed on the mezzanine in the last episode will have to make a dish with one of the most popular cuts of meat in Brazil: the rump. Whoever has an average performance will have a second chance to save himself in an olfaction test. The ultimate challenge will be to reproduce a version of the classic and exotic Italian recipe Timpano, a kind of pie that uses pasta in the dough and filling, as well as meat, vegetables, sauce and cheese. The authors of the best dishes are saved, while the three worst dishes fight to stay on the program. One of them will manage to escape with the help of his colleagues who are on the mezzanine.

MasterChef (BR) - Season 7 - Episode 2

The eight new participants will reproduce Tarte Tatin, a French fruit tart. For that, nothing better than a class with those who really understand the subject: chef Erick Jacquin rolls up his sleeves and teaches the basic steps of this dessert. In the final race, the contestants will have to prepare a perfect hamburger.

#45 - Episode 4

MasterChef (BR) - Season 7 - Episode 4

In the first challenge, amateur cooks have to prepare pasta dishes based on French cuisine - a brisée, a sablée and a sucrée. In the final test, the contestants have to create a complete dish in which salmon is the protagonist.

MasterChef (BR) - Season 6 - Episode 6

The amateur cooks have to serve 80 guests of the São Paulo Municipal Symphony Orchestra. In the menu, three types of finger foods inspired by Brazilian street foods. Already in the elimination event, competitors face a three-stage challenge.

MasterChef (BR) - Season 7 - Episode 6

The eight new participants face the Mysterious Box chosen by Brazilian singers. In the second and decisive test, whoever survives will have to charm the demanding trio of judges with a dish where the main protagonist is the shrimp.

#50 - Episode 14

MasterChef (BR) - Season 6 - Episode 14

The cooks are divided in two teams to make a complete menu of the gastronomy of Croatia. The two teams will have to serve 30 Croats and descendants. Already in the elimination event, the five participants should make a dish from baskets with ingredients chosen by the five MasterChef winners: Elisa Fernandes, Izabel Alvares, Leonardo Young, Michele Crispim and Maria Antonia.
