Yan Dan is the only descendant of an ancient tribe, the four-leaf scorpion. Since ancient times, her whole body is a treasure of medicine. Tang Zhou gathers his courage and confesses to Yan Dan. He crushes the Pearl of Memory given by the Dragon King to prove his conviction in forgetting the past and his willingness to cherish the present. She rejects him coldly, destroying the Chenhua Hairpin, which binds them together, and requests Tang Zhou to remove the Distance-Keeping Bracelet.
