A hot new lawyer, the Blue Falcon, joins Harvey's law firm. Everyone's excited to have, for the first time, an ex-superhero on the firm. But Harvey does nothing to hide his hatred for the annoying Dynomutt, who winds up jammed and mangled beyond recognition in a copy machine. Harvey is arrested, tried, found guilty and sentenced to the electric chair. Will he fry? Tune in next week!
#3 - Shazzan
Season 4 - Episode 1 - Aired 10/2/2006
Avenger inexplicably starts talking. Peanut discovers a vase that, when rubbed, releases Shazzan, now in servitude to Peanut. Shazzan accuses Mentok of having imprisoned him in the vase centuries ago for gazing on the king's intended. Mentok was a genie called Mufti the Mizwa of Muzzy Tah in those days, one of several identities he has had over the years. Shazzan insists on Peanut representing him, and Mentok, after he is captured, manipulates Harvey into representing him. Mentok insists that Shazzan is attempting to frame him, and escapes from court to retrieve the halves of a magic disk that, when put back together and the magic word thus revealed is spoken (by Avenger), imprisons Shazzan in the vase again.

When Quick Draw McGraw pulls out his trusty six-string in an attempt to put the El Kabong kibosh on the Dalton Gang, he gets hauled off to the hoosegow. So he turns to noted constitutional law expert Harvey Birdman to defend his right to keep and bear guitars. Meanwhile, Harvey's boss, Phil Ken Sebben, takes $12 billion from the powerful guitar lobby to fund his presidential campaign. Not that that would make him beholden to them. And Peanut and Baba Looey get into trouble when they get their hands on Quick Draw's private guitar arsenal.

When X the Eliminator sees Harvey’s picture in an advertisement, he remembers that he was paid one-million dollars to retrieve the crest on Birdman’s helmet…back in 1968. He leaps back into action, posing as X the Exterminator, but is heartbroken to find that Harvey doesn’t remember him.

Harvey suffers a mental breakdown in court, leading to the loss of a juror. At the same time, he's summoned to serve as a juror. On the same trial. But problem solved when Duplicator creates a 2nd Harvey to perform his civic duty. Can two Harveys win over a jury, when it's relatively clear that just one Harvey who tries really, really hard barely makes any substantial impact whatsoever? Meanwhile, Potamus claims sexual harassment at the hands of Judy Ken Sebben. Emotionally scarred, he finds comfort in support groups and hot interns.

The Jellystone National Park bear, Boo Boo, is captured by federal agents, accused of being the “UnaBooBoo”, a revolutionary sending booby-trapped gift baskets and cookie bouquets to all the heads of corporate America. Harvey defends Boo Boo in court, while Myron Reducto is prosecution for the government.

Apache Chief, the Native American member of the Superfriends, accidentally spills coffee on his groin. He sues the Javalux company, as the burn injuries to his crotch have diminished his superpower: the ability to grow to giant-size. Harvey represents Apache Chief, while Reducto is the attorney for the Javalux Corp.

Harvey decides to temporarily run the law firm, which leads to a full scale revolt, naturally. Armed with standard office supplies like staplers, manila envelopes and an occasional hand grenade, Sebben & Sebben employees form a massive uprising. Meanwhile, X, distraught over being ignored by Harvey, kidnaps Birdgirl to capture his attention - and his dinner plans.

Mentok loses Spyro's mind after a mind-swap, and must watch over Spyro's body during his date. Harvey brings Top Cat home, who gets Harvey implicated in gambling schemes.

X attempts to take charge of his life and transform into his best evil self, hiring Perfectionist the Life Coach to help him to become more evil in just 4 easy steps. Meanwhile, Devlin blazes in on his hog, forcing Harvey to defend him (again). This time, a kid sues him for being injured from one of Devlin's toys.

A Japanese pop band, known as Shoyu Weenie, accuses the American rock band, Jabberjaw & the Neptunes, of stealing their song “Mochi Mochi” and calling it “Lovey Lovey”. Harvey represents Shoyu Weenie, while Reducto is counsel for Jabberjaw & the Neptunes.

Roger “Race” Bannon fights his longtime partner in adventure, Dr. Benton Quest, for custody of Benton’s son Johnny Quest and Johnny’s buddy Hadji. Harvey represents Dr. Quest, while Vulturo is Race’s attorney.

Phil gets on a cost-cutting kick and hires an efficiency expert named Dvd (shortened from David to save time). Harvey is forced to prove his worth, get more efficient, or be sent packing. The pressure to find a case increases as Harvey’s every move is timed and assigned a dollar value. Also, X the Eliminator returns to, well, kill Harvey.

Birdman joins a new health club and falls for his personal trainer, Gigi. It seems everyone else in the health club is reaching her target zone, except for Harvey. Back in court, Harvey is representing Inch-High Private Eye, who believes he's been illegally fired from his job based on his diminutive stature.

Washed up motorcycle stuntman Ernie Devlin is sued when a kid injures himself trying to imitate his deep ravine jump. Harvey's legal strategy -- to attack the fractured, wheelchair bound child on the witness stand -- backfires. Pill-addled Devlin is a less than sympathetic defendant, so Harvey must scramble to salvage the case. Meanwhile, Avenger seems to have laid an egg.

Reducto falls in love when he meets a derriere he just can't shrink. Unfortunately, that derriere belongs to Norlisa, Black Vulcan's girlfriend. She's ready to dump her fella for the arms of a small, green man - but Reducto may not be able to reciprocate. In the meantime, Wally Gator's arrested for, well, for being a redneck, and it's up to Harvey to defend him.

Peter Potamus consumes radioactive pellets that transform him into "the creature," turning him green and tripling his waist size. Meanwhile, Atom Ant is charged with having high radiations levels in his home.

Shaggy & Scooby, while en route to solve another mystery, are pulled over by a State Trooper. Their natural gigglish and dopey behavior leads him to believe they are under the influence of illegal substances, and they are taken to jail. Harvey represents Shaggy & Scooby, while Spyro is the prosecutor.

The Jetsons enlist Harvey's help to sue us for screwing up the planet. Turns out there's a reason all the buildings in the Jetsons' world are on stilts: the ice caps melted and the earth is covered in water. Meanwhile, Phil is terrified - or is it excited - that the Jetsons are there to abduct and anally probe him.
