The profit-based challenge brings the teams to London's Battersea Power Station, where they must create a bespoke menu that they will then market and sell to a group of hungry customers. The team with the lowest profits must then face Gordon and Lisa and one entrepreneur will be sent home.

The 12 remaining entrepreneurs partner with Delish, the most engaged international food media brand, to maximize their promotional abilities.
