When Felix's piano playing causes Kitty's Ming vase to break, Felix must go to China to find another. When he steals it, he swiftly gets a Mandarin and his dozens of servants hot on his trail. In the end, Felix brings the vase home only to have it broken by a mouse -- and Kitty blames him!

He then builds a radio station to serenade his beloved, but must fight Skiddoo and a duck for possession of the microphone -- after which his rival recovers and must be beaten back a final time.
