Craig David throws a party to launch his new single, Soda Pop, and The Odd Couple work-out to an exercise video. There's a chance for Avid to discuss Kelly with her parents Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne. There's also a chance that Nadine's rendition of Waterloo will be quite painful to listen to.

Celebrity enthusiast Avid Merrion corners Myleene Klass at the FHM awards, and finds Russian pop girls Tatu at HMV.
