10 Items Or Less stars John Lehr (Memron) as a struggling New York City businessman who moves home to take over the family supermarket following the death of his father. This scripted and improvised half-hour comedy series comes from the creators of the mockumentary Memron. The show is set in the fictional supermarket known as Greens & Grains which is 'located' at 5th Street and Tiberius. The following is a character guide: Leslie Pool is the owner/manager of G&G. Yolanda Nelson works in the produce department. Ingrid Wakowski is in customer service. Todd Sykes works in the meat department. Carl Dawson is a stockboy. Richard Mednick works as a cashier, while Buchwald Washington is a bagger.

Leslie begins to feel a special bond with Todd, his "bro" but the real trouble comes in trying to convince the FDA to let them slaughter cows in the store. Meanwhile a second "bromance" develops for Buck, who is trapped taking Richard to an Ice Skating audition for Lord of The Rings on Ice. Perhaps he can take this chance to make Richard a little more manly.

Amy loses her job at the SuperValueMart so Leslie hires her as the new assistant manager of Greens & Grains. The staff is not impressed to say the least. Right away Amy forces Leslie to be more strict as a manager and tries to change the Greens & Grains into a cold, structured box store. The staff need to work hard to pull Leslie back from the edge of this black hole!

It is soon discovered Ingrid is an illegal alien from Poland. Amy is jealous that Ingrid was chosen for the cover and attempts to do something about the Greens & Grains undocumented workers. Only Ingrid is not going silently and the rest of the staff revolts to prevent Amy getting the upper hand.
