A mole inside the Federation tips off Zeon HQ, who then send the Black Tri-Stars special team ordered to destroy the White Base and her prototype mobile suits.
Federation forces, including White Base, proceed to invade the Fortress of A Baoa Qu despite losing half of their combined fleet caused by Zeon's Solar Ray; Amuro and Char -now piloting the Zeong- engage in battle again.
As the battle continues, a hulking mobile armor piloted by Dozle Zabi inflicts heavy losses on the Federation; Amuro and Sleggar come up with a plan to stop its onslaught.

R.C. 1014: A mysterious mobile suit, G-Self, is being pursued by a group of space pirates, and the Capital Guard. The suit is captured by the pirates, and the pilot of the suit was captured by the Capital Guard. A week later, a class of Capital Guard Academy cadets are riding a Crown transport module up along the orbital elevator, Capital Tower, to reach space where they can conduct their first live mobile suit training. On the way up their Crown is attacked by space pirates and their mobile suits, one of which was the G-Self. Bellri Zenam, the youngest of the cadets, pilots a maintenance mobile suit to hold off the G-Self, and helped capture the pirate suit as well as its pilot, Aida Rayhunton.
In need of repairs, the White Base is attacked outside the neutral Side Six by a fleet led by Captain Coskon.
Kai Shiden develops a friendship with Miharu Ratokie, a local girl, while Char prepares a second amphibious attack on the Federation at Belfast.
The Gundam is upgraded and Lalah's Elmeth enters combat for the first time; Amuro and Lalah cross paths again but this time as enemies.
Crowley Hamon spearheads one last suicidal attack on White Base with what remains of the troops once led by Ramba Ral.
Sayla Mass sorties with the Gundam without authorization in the hopes of finding out whether Char Aznable is her long lost brother.
Thanks to intelligence acquired from Miharu, Flanagan Boone and his Mad Angler squadron attack the White Base en route to Jaburo headquarters in South America.

Gihren Zabi sends Char a Newtype to pilot the new Braw Bro; Amuro's own Newtype abilities are growing as he senses the presence of Lalah.
White Base and the Gundam confront the cruiser Zanzibar, led by Char, and a mobile armor called Bigro in low earth orbit.
Time is running out for Amuro when a small squadron of Zeon soldiers in hovering bikes plant time bombs all over the Gundam's frame.
The episode is a continuation of the flashback. Uso arrives at the city of Woowig, which is burning. He immediately becomes under attack from the League Militaire in Woowig because they believe him to be a BESPA mobile suit. Uso is protected by the BESPA Zolos. Uso begins to engage them. Uso succeeds in destroying one Zolo before he is taken by the League Militaire. Uso and Ms. Katejina Loos manage to escape through an old subway. Lieutenant Chronicle Asher and his comrade Lieutenant Gary Tan are rescued by BESPA Zolos. A search party of two Zolos is sent to search for the Shokew. Uso engages them but is overwhelmed. He is saved by Ms. Marbet disabling one with the beam rifle of the Victory Gundam. The remaining Zolo escapes. Shakti is then tasked with caring for a child rescued from Woowig. Shakti, Uso, Ms. Katejina Loos, and the other immigrants join the convoy.
Uso disassembles the Victory Gundam into its three parts. The workers at the factory are surprised to learn that Uso, who is just a kid to them, is piloting the mobile suit. Shakti wanders off with the child Karlmann. Lieutenant Gary Tan steals the newly completed Godzorla mobile suit in order to find Lieutenant Chronicle Asher and get revenge for Captain Sabat by destroying the Victory Gundam. The mobile armor Recarl is activated in order to monitor Lieutenant Gary in the Godzorla. Lieutenant Chronicle Asher infiltrates the factory and signals to the Godzorla its location. Uso sorties in the Core Fighter and forms the Victory Gundam with the Top Fighter and Boots. In the ensuing battle the Godzorla is disabled and Lieutenant Gary Tan is captured. However, the Victory takes considerable damage, losing an arm, a fore arm, and is shot in the ankle. Uso deals with the morality of fighting and Shakti returns. The League Militaire plans to disassemble the factory and relocate it. Lieutenant Chronicle Asher is recognized by Shakti even though he wore a mask the first time they met. As the first part of the convoy departs, six Zolos arrive to destroy the factory. The factory and convoy takes heavy damage as Uso sorties in the Core Fighter and begins to do battle with the six Zolos.
The group prepares for a possible attack as they attempt to repair the Core Fighter. Meanwhile, back at a BESPA Base, Lieutenant Chronicle Asher and Lieutenant Sabat, promoted to Captain, prepare for a mission in order to take back of destroy the Shokew. Uso shows the members of the convoy part of the area where he lives. As they search for chips to be used to help repair the Core Fighter, the group is surprised to see an entire underground room filled with computers and an early training simulator for piloting mobile suits.
Launching in the Double Zeta, Ple manages to drive off the enemy from the Argama, but now the federal forces are demanding that they disarm. When they hear from Fa that Kamille has disappeared, the Argama's crew divide up to help her search for him. While this is happening, Ple sorties alone in the Mk-II and finds herself in a tight spot. But then she hears someone's voice...
Hoping that a one-on-one battle with Haman will end the conflict, Judau launches in the Double Zeta. Haman too flies out to meet him alone in her white Qubeley. In the face of the Qubeley's furious assault, Judau's back is pushed to the wall. But protected by the wills of many people, he rises to face Haman.
Ple spots Judau's crashed core fighter, which is carrying an injured Leina. Judau leaves Leina with Ple and flies back out into the battlefield in order to save his friends. But Ple wants Judau to love her and her alone, and hates Leina with a passion. One that's strong enough to kill.
In shock over not knowing whether his little sister is alive or dead, Judau falls into a depression. Worried to see Judau in such a state, Roux takes it upon herself to administer some tough love. Just then, the Karaba base at El Goléa is attacked. Beecha and Mondo move to assist it, but misunderstanding Roux's motives, use her as a shield.
Now so angry with the Argama that she's deserted, Roux enters the free-trade city of Galdaaya, where an artist named June proceeds to hit on her. Meanwhile, while wandering the desert, Glemy is rescued by the "Blue Unit" of the African Independence Front, who coerce him into being a spy sent to Galdaaya's underground city. There he meets Roux.
Judau and the others infiltrate the docked mining asteroid Cicero in Core 3 sector. There they find Chara Soon commanding the workers. Although they join in a nascent revolt, the workers still don't entirely trust Judau. At the same time, Ple Two enters Cicero as well.
Pressing on with her plan for rule through terror, Haman makes the decision to drop a colony. Receiving a message from Hayato aboard the Audhumla, the Argama joins with the Karaba and heads to Dublin to begin an evacuation. However, the Karaba rescue of the evacuees is interrupted when they're attacked by a mobile suit unit led by Rakan Dahkaran.
Glemy plays his trump card and sends his Newtype unit into battle. He then makes to smash Axis's asteroid Moussa into Haman's fleet. Judau chases the now mentally unstable Ple Two into Axis and confronts both Glemy and Ple Two in the Queen Mansa.
The episode is a flash back to Kassarelia, Uso’s and Shakti’s homeland, with a fight between Ms. Marbet in the Core Fighter and Lieutenant Chronicle Asher in the Shokew. During the battle Ms. Marbet is shot in the leg. Uso, who is skydiving at the time, accidentally lands on the Shokew and begins fighting with Lieutenant Chronicle Asher in the cockpit, causing the Shokew to crash into a river. Uso pilots the Shokew and after some mishaps manages to land it.
Eager for a victory, Glemy awakens Ple Two from cold sleep in order to destroy the Argama. Sensing the evil presence of the Psyco Gundam Mk-II drawing near, Ple boards the half-disassembled Qubeley Mk-II to intercept it. However, she finds that both she and the mysterious pilot are able to anticipate each other's attacks perfectly...
When a distress signal is detected on a small island in the Pacific, Amuro is dispatched with the Core Fighter to investigate the source.
Searching for Roux, Judau and the others enter Galdaaya, where they run into Glemy, whom is now leading Blue Unit. Just then, August, who is commanding the Mindra, strikes a deal with Gadeb Jasin of the African Independence Front to attack and seize Galdaaya.
The final battle begins between Haman's forces with Mashymre and Glemy's. The Nahel Argama, taking this chance to first strike at Glemy, launches the Gundam team. Amidst the free-for-all, Mashymre in a Zaku III Custom loses control of his overenhanced mental powers and is lost to the stars.
