There are a number of flashbacks that Yukito has of his mother telling him about the girl with wings, about how she will forget everything and die when she dreams her final dream, and about how the person close to her will also die. Misuzu's foster mother leaves, leaving Yukito and Misuzu alone. Misuzu tells Yukito about her last dream, and Yukito comes to the decision to stay by her side, knowing the consequences. Yukito suddenly disappears and after Misuzu wakes up feeling better, she wonders where Yukito has gone or if he will come back.

#2 - The End of the World
Clannad - Season 2 - Episode 21
Ushio's fever does not back down and Tomoya decides to stay home to take care of her. In case he had to leave home, he calls for both Akio and Sanae to take his place. Ushio tells Tomoya that she wants to go on a trip again like last time, but he declines and tells her that it will happen once she gets better. After resigning from his work, Akio offers him some money, but Tomoya declines his kindness and Akio states that every man has something to protect. After several months, winter arrives, and Ushio's fever still does not back down, and Tomoya seems to be getting sick too. Ushio once again ask Tomoya to go on a trip, and he ultimately accepts thinking that he might not be able to fulfill another promised wish. After they leave the house, Ushio's fever worsens, and she dies in his arms right after telling her father that she loves him. Soon after, Tomoya collapses as well.

#5 - Marathon Tournament!
K-ON! - Season 2 - Episode 15
Upon returning to school after summer vacation, the girls learn of a school-wide marathon, which Yui is not keen on participating in. Seeing the marathon course while riding in Sawako's car does little to make her look forward to it. During the marathon, Yui constantly gets distracted and later everyone starts getting tired, trying to come up with various ways to keep them motivated. After reaching the top of a steep hill, the girls discover Yui has gone missing and go search for her. When Ui hears about this, she deduces that Yui had been staying at the old lady's house after scraping her knee. At the final stretch, Yui assumes that there will not be a rice cake for the person in last place, causing everyone to make a dash for the ending, resulting in Mio, who did not want to finish last due to it being embarrassing, performing an extravagant roll upon tripping at the finish line. While everyone enjoys red bean soup and rice cakes, Sawako is still searching for Yui.

Tomoya and his friends are nearing graduation, and are discussing what they will be doing after they graduate. Kyou wishes to be a kindergarten teacher, Ryou hopes to go to a nursing school, Kotomi wants to study in America, and Youhei aspires to be a model. Tomoya still has not decided on what to do yet. Nagisa's sickness returns, making her unable to go to school and take exams. On the day of graduation, Tomoya returns home to Nagisa who wishes to take a walk with him, while holding hands.

#10 - Drummer!
K-ON! - Season 2 - Episode 3
After noticing how badly she shows up in videos of the band's performances, Ritsu decides she does not want to be the drummer anymore as she does not stand out enough. She tries playing the guitar but cannot get beyond the basics. She tries the keyboard next, but only goes as far as playing with all the sound effects. The next day, Yui tries coming up with various ways to make Ritsu stand out, with no such luck. Later that night, Ritsu recalls when she first started drumming and practicing every day. After watching a DVD of The Who, she realizes that even though she is not always in the spotlight, she loves playing the drums. The next day, Tsumugi shows off a new song that Ritsu helped her come up with.

#11 - Winter Days!
K-ON! - Season 1 - Episode 13
As the cold winter weather creeps in, and despite Yui's offer of having nabe with everyone, each of the club members have individual duties. Tsumugi gets a part time job at a fast food restaurant, Mio goes to the beach to get inspiration for her lyrics, Ritsu has to entertain her little brother and Azusa is asked to look after her classmate's pet cat, despite not being good with cats herself. However, Mio cannot think of anything to write, Tsumugi buckles under the pressure, Ritsu ends up by herself and Azusa is left uncertain what to do when the cat starts throwing up. A random text from Yui cheers up the others and she comes to help Azusa with the cat. They all meet up for burgers where Ritsu is shocked to find what she thought was a love letter addressed to her was actually a set of lyrics Mio wrote.

As the finals approach, Yui is struggling with her studies. One of Yui's neighbours, a kindly old lady who's always taken care of her, tells Yui about an upcoming talent show event taking place right after the finals. Wanting to pay her back, Yui decides to enter, though the others are concerned about her juggling two priorities. Azusa decides to join her act and help her study for the finals. After their tests, Yui and Azusa perform their routine. Though they didn't win, Yui gives her participation prize to the old lady as thanks. Yui manages to pass her test with high scores.

#14 - Graduation Yearbook!
K-ON! - Season 2 - Episode 21
With photos for the graduation yearbook coming up, Yui uses Ui as a model to determine the best hairstyle, though feels weird when she leaves her hairpin on her. Although the seniors have finished their clubs, the girls decide to use the music room to study for their entrance exams, though Yui and Ritsu still have yet to decide on their university choices. While trying to trim her bangs for her yearbook photo, Yui sneezes and accidentally cuts them off, giving her a completely different look. After their pictures are taken, the girls learn Mio had turned down a recommendation for a university because she wanted to study together with everyone. Upon hearing this, Yui, Ritsu and Mio turn in their university preference applications to Sawako, opting to go to the same women's university as Tsumugi.

Clannad - Season 2 - Episode 15
Nagisa becomes increasingly bedridden due to morning sickness. Nagisa wants to give birth at home, so Sanae introduces Yagi, a midwife who is to assist in the delivery. Sanae later tells Tomoya that giving birth will be difficult because of Nagisa's weak physique and may even put Nagisa's life in danger, so they might have to choose abortion. However, Sanae leaves the choice up to Tomoya and Nagisa. Nagisa learns of her mother's worries, but she decides to go through with the birth. Akio takes Tomoya to a meadow and tells him more about the day when Nagisa nearly died. Akio carried Nagisa to the meadow and prayed for her life, and Nagisa miraculously regained consciousness. Akio tells Tomoya that while many painful and difficult things will happen, he and Sanae will always be there for Tomoya and Nagisa since they are family. Nagisa and Tomoya take a walk by the river and decide on the name Ushio for their child.

It is shown how when Misae was a first-year in high school, she met a strange boy named Katsuki Shima who says he can grant her one wish in return for her cheering him up years before when he was in the hospital. Misae has a boy she likes named Igarashi, but who unknown to her already has a girlfriend. Igarashi asks Katsuki to tell her this, but he cannot tell her directly and starts crying. Misae sees Igarashi with his girlfriend, and realizes the truth; she runs away, leaving Katsuki behind.

The skies are overcast with a high chance of rain, and Haruhi instructs Kyon to go pick up a heater. With Kyon gone, Haruhi takes pictures of Mikuru in various costumes for the movie's DVD cover, Itsuki helps how he can, and Yuki is left alone to read. After Kyon returns, he finds only Yuki in the clubroom and decides to wait for the others, but falls asleep. When he awakens, he finds Haruhi alone with him, waiting for him to wake up so they can leave. It has already started raining, so Haruhi borrows an umbrella from school for them to use.

They also decide to do a gift exchange, and go shopping for various gifts. Ui prepares a lovely Christmas dinner for the group, which gets a little out of hand when Sawako shows up out of no where. During the gift exchange, Yui and Ui give each other some warm things for the winter. After the rest of the group leaves, snow falls and Yui and Ui decide to sleep together, although Yui ends up hogging the sheets. In the New Year, the club decides to go to the shrine to make their New Year wishes.

After receiving some encouragement from Rei, who tells him to be true to his 'free' self, Haruka comes up with a training regime to improve their relay times. Later, Gou spots Sousuke as he skips his team practise.
