Chef Gordon Ramsay tries to set up a bakery in Brixton Prison, hoping to teach inmates professional catering skills that will help them find employment and stay away from crime after they have served their sentences. He begins by picking his first 12 trainees, but is taken aback by how little they know about cookery. In an attempt to get them focused on the task at hand, he challenges them to cook dinner for the whole prison - even though they risk upsetting their fellow inmates if the meals are not up to scratch
