Le doyen des hôpitaux doit se faire opérer du genou par le Professeur Strauss. Pour le directeur de l'hôpital c'est une chance inespérée de lui succéder. Désespéré par l'absence imprévue de son pire élément, le directeur décide de promouvoir Sabri au rang de jeune prodige de la chirurgie orthopédique. Pour échapper à un cousin envahissant, Aymé demande à Jamel de débarquer «à l'improviste» et de lui annoncer la tentative de suicide de sa mère. Finalement, une ravissante jeune femme a pris la place du cousin et Aymé aimerait bien passer une soirée tranquille avec elle

#22 - Une histoire de dentiste

H - Season 4 - Episode 1

Aymé a mal aux dents mais peur du dentiste. Le Professeur Strauss veut le soigner lui-même, ce qui convainc Aymé de retourner chez le dentiste... Sabri se plaint du mauvais état du train qu'il a pris pendant le week-end. Jamel lui propose d'attaquer la SNCF et d'assurer sa défense. A l'audience, il découvre que le train de Sabri était une attraction de Disneyland.

Aymé sort, sans le savoir, avec la femme du directeur. Il décide de tout arrêter mais apprend que ses prédécesseurs ont eu des fins tragiques : la femme du directeur déteste les ruptures. De son côté, le directeur a engagé Sabri pour identifier l'amant de sa femme. Une belle suédoise est tombée amoureuse de Jamel et attend qu'il ait enfin fini de monter le lit en kit pour faire l'amour avec lui.

H - Season 4 - Episode 9

Le préservatif qu'a utilisé Aymé avec une infirmière intérimaire a craqué. Il enquête pour savoir si Bertrand, l'ami régulier de l'infirmière, est clean. Ce dernier a beau sauter sur tout ce qui bouge, Aymé constate, soulagé, qu'il utilise lui aussi des préservatifs. Malheureusement, les préservatifs viennent d'un lot défectueux. Jamel passe le permis. Recalé une première fois, il doit repasser le code : cette fois Sabri, pour qui le code de la route n'a aucun secret, se fera passer pour lui.

#25 - Une histoire de fraude

H - Season 4 - Episode 8

Le soir même où Aymé doit rencontrer le père très strict de sa nouvelle fiancée, le Professeur Strauss lui impose de jouer le fils débile qu'il aurait à sa charge. En effet il attend la visite d'un inspecteur du fisc. Jamel a décidé de faire du bar de Sabri un haut lieu de la gastronomie française. Tout est mis en oeuvre pour recevoir une étoile du Michelin.

#26 - Une histoire de purgatoire

H - Season 4 - Episode 11

Surpris en train de faire le guide au Musée Grévin, Jamel est licencié par Clara avec l'accord de Strauss. Furieux, il les menace de mort au bar, devant plusieurs clients, alors même qu'ils mangent une spécialité de pâtes préparées par Sabri. Empoisonnés, Clara, Strauss et Aymé se retrouvent au purgatoire, Jamel, de peur d'être accusé de meurtre, cherche à cacher les cadavres avec l'aide de Sabri. Même morts, Strauss, Clara et Aymé se montrent à la hauteur de leur réputation et mènent une vie d'enfer à Saint-Pierre et à ses acolytes.
