Clifford's Puppy Days - Season 1 - Episode 7
Emily Elizabeth makes a painting for an Art Fair, but when Clifford starts a game of ball with kittens Flo and Zo, he ends up getting into the paint and getting pawprints all over her painting. Flo and Zo convince him to try and hide what he did by rolling up the painting, but he feels guilty about it the whole night as Emily Elizabeth sleeps. The next day, Clifford slips into Emily Elizabeth's backpack and goes with her to still in an attempt to warn her about what he did to the painting. At school, he tries to show her what happened, but his small size keeps him from even finding her. He's eventually discovered, but by the time Emily Elizabeth figures out what happened, her painting is being hailed as a masterpiece at the art gallery. Emily Elizabeth gives him the credit he deserves and back at home, Daffodil praises Clifford for his braveness.

The Zeta Project - Season 1 - Episode 6
Zeta and Roe flee on a train to avoid pursuit, and only Agent West manages to get on the train with them. Their efforts to avoid him are complicated by the fact that as the monorail train passes through certain electrical barriers, Zeta's hologram projectors go out of control, forcing the robot to change into different people at random. Despite this, the pair manage to escape and save the train after West's shots endanger it.

Clifford has a favorite toy called a sock spider which he and Emily Elizabeth enjoy playing with. Daffodil, however, claims that she doesn't like it and it isn't a real toy, which leads Clifford, acting on Norville's advice, to try and get rid of it. The truth, however, is that Daffodil doesn't really mind the toy, what she minds is feeling left out. It's up to Clifford to find out Daffodil's real problem and find a way to help her out.

A new neighbor moves into Clifford and Emily Elizabeths' apartment and brings her dog Tricksie with her. After spending some time with her and getting some advice from Daffodil, Clifford and Jorge learn that even though Tricksie might get tired easily, they can still be friends and she has a lot to teach them.

Clifford is disappointed that Emily Elizabeth's going to be gone for a while on a field trip, but decides to take a nap and sleep on it. Unfortunately, he inadvertently chooses Emily Elizabeth's backpack as his napping place, but Emily Elizabeth doesn't discover him until they're already at the museum. Emily Elizabeth wants to tell her teacher right away, but Nina convinces her they'll blow the whole field trip because Ms. Parker will want them to leave to get Clifford home. They try to hide Clifford, but in the process end up missing most of the field trip anyway.

Nina and her family are putting on a Cinco de Mayo party and when Emily Elizabeth compliments a dress Nina made for her Mom, Nina tells her about her Mom says that everyone has a ""something special"" that they're good at. Clifford overhears this and decides that he should use his ""something special"" to try and help get things set up for the party. Unfortunately, he has no idea what his ""something special"" is and when it seems like there's nothing he can do to help, he wonders if maybe he doesn't have one.

Norville is excited about the first day of winter and wants to have snow fun with his friends outside, but finds that they're all busy inside celebrating first-snowfall traditions. As each declines his invitation to come outside, he fibs at having his own winter traditions, but soon ends up lonely outside by himself. It's up to his friends to realize that he's feeling lonely and find a way to bring their traditions outside to him.

Evan has been practicing hard at basketball and his practice pays off - he makes it onto the school basketball team. In is first game, he is on the bench at the start, but soon called to join in. After repeatedly falling and getting blocked due to his short-size, some inspiration from Clifford gives him ideas on to use his size to his advantage.

Clifford's Puppy Days - Season 1 - Episode 2
Emily Elizabeth is missing a "lucky sock," one of two from a pair that she wants to wear on the first day of the new school year. She can't find it anywhere and so Clifford decides to help. Emily Elizabeth's pet rabbit Daffodil doesn't think much of his efforts, but he keeps at them and eventually finds the sock in a very unusual place. He has to make a trade to get it back, but is happy to do so. Emily Elizabeth is pleased that he found it and Daffodil admits that she was wrong to discourage Clifford's efforts.

Clifford's Puppy Days - Season 1 - Episode 8
When Emily Elizabeth asks for help figuring out what's wrong with her flower garden from Jenny, a horticulturist who happens to be blind, she lets her guide dog, Bibi, play with Clifford. Clifford is happy to have a new friend, but when she later ignores him when she's busy assisting Jenny, Clifford doesn't understand why she won't play with him. All of Clifford's friends begin to think that Bibi must be some kind of snoot and Norville even goes so far as to spy on her when she goes about her daily business. Eventually, Clifford simply just asks Bibi what's going on and meanwhile, Jenny solves the problem that Emily Elizabeth was having with her flowers.

When Nina brings a new squirrel toy to the dog run with Jorge, he doesn't want to share it because he hasn't even had a chance to play with it himself yet. Emily Elizabeth has gone to her friend Nina's for a sleepover and Clifford seems inconsolable. Flo and Zo come over too and everyone works together to keep Clifford from being lonely so that he'll go to sleep because Emily Elizabeth will be there waiting for him in the morning.

Clifford has lots of fun with the Sidarsky kids, but sees how tired they make Mr. and Mrs. Sidarsky, so he agrees to babysit to help them out. He thinks it'll be easy and says that he doesn't need any help from Daffodil when she offers it. Clifford, however, finds out that the Sidarsky kids are more trouble to deal with than he thought. Pretty soon, he's very tired out and ends up asking for help anyway, a move the Sidarskys find very responsible.

On the first day of spring, Emily Elizabeth is eager to get up, get dressed and play in the first day of Courtyard Volleyball. Shun, new to the neighborhood, doesn't know how to play, so Emily Elizabeth invites him to join in and learn. When it seems to him like he's not a very good player, he starts making excuses to try to get out of the game. Meanwhile, Clifford and his friends are also looking for fun and take part in a game created by Norville: wall-hit-ball, a wacky game that's fun to play but seemingly has no solid rules.

Flo is a great athlete, but when Jorge gets everyone playing a bouncing game with a new beanbag toy of his, she finds that she's not very good at it. She's disappointed and tries playing alone by herself, but soon decides that it's not any fun playing games like freeze-tag or hide-and-seek by herself.

The Zeta Project - Season 1 - Episode 9
While enjoying a day on the beach, Zee and Roe intervene when a child is set upon by a local gang. The child, Wade, is actually a rich snob who mistreats his robots. He invites the duo to his home, and introduces them to his bodyguard Sven and his robot servants. When Wade is later kidnapped, Roe and Zee are implicated in the crime. They confront the gang they met earlier, who reveal they were hired by Sven. Going out to Wade's family's yacht, they find that Sven is holding him there for ransom. Zee and Roe manage to free the kid and beat Sven, and Wade has a new appreciation of robots.

The Zeta Project - Season 1 - Episode 12
Zee and Roe are riding through the desert on a hoverbike when it is taken over by boy-genius Bucky and brought to his home. His parents are missing, and are working with Bucky's nemesis Dr. Tanner on some kind of youth-restoration project. Bucky wants the duo to help him. They go to Tanner's spa and discover that the youth-project has gone awry. Bucky's parents, and most of the customers, have become children, while other customers have become devolved apemen. Tanner' knocks out Zeta and forces Bucky to work for him to try and reverse the process. Bucky and Roe manage to escape, as does Zeta. An explosion triggers the nearby mud-geysers, destroying the complex. Zeta downloaded the schematics so they can restore Bucky's parents to his normal age, while an escaping Tanner is stuck with the rest of the "children".

Clifford's Puppy Days - Season 1 - Episode 1
On a hot day, Emily Elizabeth's regular babysitter comes because Mrs. Howard has to work at the library. He wants to stay outside and watch television, but Emily Elizabeth wants to have fun playing in the sprinkler outside. Evan is lured outside by the prospect of impressing a cute girl, but he spends so much time trying to impress her that he doesn't pay any attention to what Emily Elizabeth or puppy Clifford want to do. After his attempts at impressing the girl fail, he finally decides that playing in the sprinkler isn't such a bad idea and then learns that the best thing he can do to impress the girl is to just be himself.

When Clifford learns that Valentine's Day can be a great day to make new friends, he tries to befriend a small, yellow puppy by getting her to be her Valentine. Even thinking small doesn't help and Clifford learns a lesson about being himself.

There's a neighborhood street fair being held in Emily Elizabeth's neighborhood and Clifford gets to come along as Emily Elizabeth and Evan help out Mrs. Howard with the Adopt-A-Pup booth. These are all dogs from the animal shelter who haven't yet been adopted. Clifford makes friends with a small, pink poodle named Teacup who never seems to have any chance at being adopted because she's too small to even be noticed. Clifford sympathizes and vows to help her find an owner.

Ken Burns pays a visit to the class of Emily Elizabeth and her friends, explaining that he's at work on a documentary about pets. He's been invited as a guest to the class because the class project is for everyone to group into teams and make their own documentaries. Emily Elizabeth, Nina and Shun get their first turn with the class video camera and decide to make a video about the people in their neighborhood. They get so caught up in the roles of cameraperson, producer and interviewer that are assigned to them that at first they have trouble creating a meaningful documentary.

Then strange things start happening --- peoples' food disappearing and a treats table being wrecked. The evidence seems to point to Clifford, but Emily Elizabeth and his friends stand by him.

Evan is glad to do it, but finds it very hard to concentrate on the game. Still, he finds it worth it in the end.

Clifford plays with Daffodil's spinning top toy without permission and then ends up breaking it. Then, Daffodil wakes up and Clifford and Norville begin a web of deception to to try to keep her from finding out about the broken top.
