Taggart - Season 7 - Episode 1
When a sixth form student who is spying on his French teacher becomes the prime witness to her husband's murder, DCI Taggart, newly promoted DC Jackie Reid and DS Jardine have no choice but to exhume an entire graveyard when the prime suspect - an undertaker - refuses to let on where he has buried the parts of his mutilated body. Unfortunately, one of the deceased includes Jean Taggart's Aunt Hettie (much despised by Jim) - who also passes away in the episode and inconveniently interred by the same undertaker.

Sgt. Bob Cryer is approaching his 30th year of service, but some of the senior officers at the station doubt he is still up to the job. Supt. Chandler assigns Cryer the difficult task of resolving a situation where a group of prostitutes are at loggerheads with a local residents group led by Counciller Angela Morris. Cryer suggests a 'zone of tolerance', a non-residential area where the prostitutes can work without upsetting the locals, and manages to convince the girls to give it a try. As Chandler heads off to a charity dinner, a call comes through that the Morris' house has been torched. Meanwhile, PC Smith attends his interview for transfer to SO19 - he is successful, and leaves Sun Hill to join the Armed Response Unit.

The Bill - Season 17 - Episode 23
When the victim in yesterday's domestic disturbance turns up badly beaten and left for dead, her husband is adamant he had nothing to do with it. Mandy tells Cryer that the woman who was bashed, Cath Evans, was working as a prostitute, and that the Councillor's husband Justin was one of her clients. But Justin in turn, having admitted his deeds to his wife, says that he was seeing Mandy as well, and that on the night of the fire, she turned up late and had blood on her clothes. Meanwhile, Smith arrives at SO19 to find his new friend Julie also made the grade, but on their training course, treats her as the token female. When she beats him on the rifle range it causes friction, and their boss cautions that they have to learn to work as a team. Under pressure, Mandy finally admits to Sgt. Cryer that Justin Harris is a client, and that he was paying her extra to keep it quiet. But that meant her paying off Cath and Sally, so when Cath threatened to tell Fleet, she bashed her up.

DCI Taggart attends the wedding of social worker Jane Ross and former bank robber Charlie Forbes. Janie is later found murdered, having been crushed to death by a car. Meanwhile, a criminal hijacking a truck discovers more than he bargained for when he discovers a cache of explosives, and a chain of seemingly unrelated events begins.

#7 - Dead Giveaway
Taggart - Season 4 - Episode 1
A young boy staggers home from a youth club after boxing practice, only to fall into a creek and drown. The grieving father is called in to identify the body and when he is driven home the police find his wife slumped in the hallway. Dr. Stephen Andrews discovers both victims died of rat poisoning and suspicion immediately falls on the husband.

Taggart - Season 12 - Episode 1
Jardine and Reid investigate a killing in a country house swimming pool. One of the victims is Rick Mulvey, former lead guitar of the 60's pop group, the Adders. Their vocalist died while on tour 25 years ago. Ian Garvey, Kate McCready's boyfriend is savagely beaten by two bouncers, and the following day, he is knocked down by DC Reid in her car.

Taggart - Season 6 - Episode 3
When a body is found in the boot of a car being crushed in a scrap metal yard, DCI Taggart and DS Jardine are called to investigate. The grisly details are repeated shortly after when a second body is found in the same scrapyard. Taggart and Jardine investigate a link between drugs and the art world.

After a short pursuit, Yvonne's friend, Shirley Moss, is involved in a car crash. The driver is killed for not wearing a seatbelt, and Shirley breaks her legs. Yvonne attempts to patch things up but Shirley turns her away and seeks solace with her sister Beverly. Ken and Suzie investigate the driver when it appears that he was a drug dealer, but Yvonne walks into the OBBO in uniform chasing after sister Beverly, who is subsequently arrested. SO19 find out that Rollins is gay, but as opposed to be annoyed he was found out, he proposes to Lance. With romance in the air, the Christmas party gets into full swing, and new girl Amber certainly enjoys herself - and causes much gossip - by very publicly kissing one of the barmaids – but sadly it looks like love is off the cards for Neil when he spies lover Andrea in a passionate embrace with Smithy.
#15 - One Rule for One
The Bill - Season 20 - Episode 91
It's a difficult day for Yvonne as she faces up to the fact that she was wrong to throw Shirley out of the house. However, the youngster eventually accepts her apology and it looks as if, once she has pulled through this latest mishap, the kindly PC will be able to get her life back on track - but Shirley tragically dies from the injuries sustained in the car crash. Meanwhile, with the tensions in his relationship with Andrea beginning to take their toll, Neil is devastated at the news that she has been critically injured. He turns up at the hospital, only to be faced by Smithy, having already filled his shoes. Lance finally accepts Mark's proposal of marriage after a long day of deliberation, while Gina is surprised to catch a glimpse of Irene Radford. She is convinced her eyes are deceiving her - until Jack confides in her that Sun Hill's crime matriarch is indeed back.

Leela finally manages to persuade her father to give evidence against Salim Haq, but an intimating message accompanied by a bouquet of flowers become the catalyst for him to change his mind. Jo warns Gary against approaching tom Eve Miller for information, but Gary ignores her orders and Jo is forced to pick up the pieces. As Jack and Rowanne get closer to nailing Haq, Jo and Phil find that a handgun is missing from rival Yusef Miah's flat. Meanwhile, Gabriel sets out to prove schoolgirl Gemma Bentley is being abused by her stepmother, and finds an ally in Sheelagh. However, his methods are soon questioned when the stepmother comes into the station to make a complaint.

Gabriel sets out to rescue schoolgirl Gemma Bentley when the girl disappears without trace. Gabriel manages to locate her grandmother, who provides some vital information as to the child's whereabouts. Suspecting that the girl is being held prisoner, Gabriel conducts an illegal search and finds the young girl locked away in a cold, damp unlit cellar. As the evidence against her wicked stepmother racks up, Gabriel is rewarded for his efforts with a passionate kiss from Sheelagh. Meanwhile, Gina takes on the case of an elderly woman who has been robbed and assaulted by a local youth, only to discover that during the attack, the boy also took off all of his clothes and raped the woman.

News spreads that Father Vincent will be organizing the annual parish fete, so Liam and Donal set about arranging the 'Cow-in-the-Field' competition, and a battle ensues in the jam-making competition. Meanwhile, Avril's stables are in financial difficulties, and a trip to the doctor brings some worrying news for Siobhan.
