#1 - The Sun's Smile
Day Break Illusion - Season 1 - Episode 13
Etia and Ariel are given a key by Leguzario that will let them free Akari from the Clessidra, but only with the right timing. Meanwhile, it is revealed that Ginka was able to defeat her counterpart and break free from the dimension she was trapped in thanks to Akari. Back in the Clessidra, Akari is finally able to hear Fuyana's true thoughts, that she truly loved her but was overcome by her jealousy. Stating that she loves her too and accepting her destiny, Akari manages to overcome the darkness. As Cerebrum attempts to kill Akari, Etia and Ariel use the key to unlock their previously sealed powers, allowing them to break Akari free. After failing to lure Akari and the others into darkness again, Cerebrum transforms into his ultimate form, but all the tarot users unite against him, allowing Akari to break through and destroy him. Afterwards, as the girls head to an overseas Sefiro Fiore branch, Akari finds a note left behind by Fuyuna, encouraging her in her path to one day save everyone from the Daemonia.

Since Maria cannot see Linn and because Hayate has no intention of letting Linn take over his body, Isumi resolves to learn how to be like a maid herself. After Nagi coaxes some advice out of Wataru under dubious circumstances, Sakuya introduces her maid Haru to teach Isumi the spirit of a maid. Much to both Hayate and Isumi's chagrin, however, the entire setup was an April Fools' Day joke by Linn.

Beelzebub is currently in a phase of non-stop urination that threatens to flood the city. Hildegarde manages to temporarily stop it with an interdimensional diaper, but in order to stop it completely, Oga decides he needs to get a super absorbent daiper advertised on telly. Upon reaching the supermarket only to find the brand had already sold out, it is taking hostage by a group of thugs. As Oga probes everyone to see how ruthless they are, Beelzebub's diaper gets stuck on the leader's gun. Whilst the leader considers raising Beelzebub, Oga ends up changing his mind and beats him, before they decide to hover Beelzebub over the ocean to finish urinating.

Following the previous episode, Liberta is shown to still feel awkward interacting with Felicità to the point that when limone pie made by Felicità and Luca is served, he slips away from the group. When Nova confronts Liberta afterwards and says that Felicità had nothing to do with his issue with Dante, Liberta retorts to Nova whether he can face his own past as well, to which Nova says that it is none of his business. While helping Felicità deliver the rest of the limone pies to Mama, Nova recalls a fragment of his past where he meets Papa and Mama for the first time, and where it is revealed that Nova is to be Felicità's betrothed. The next day, Nova brings Felicità to patrol the town along with the Holy Grail division, and along the way, with the help of Felicità's arcana ability, the two of them manage to stop a few thieves who tried to steal the wallet of a guest from the Isis Regalo, the casino from the Coin division. Along the way back, Nova thanks her by handing her a pouch filled with fertilizer for her flowers, and ends up lecturing her on how despite how she feels about people not expecting much from her, that it is the exact opposite of what she is thinking. That night, Nova dreams of his past where his parents talked to him about gaining the favor of Mama and Papa so that they would be able to take over the Arcana Famiglia instead. The next morning, Nova is informed by one of his subordinates that there seems to be an unequal distribution of funds to the research division. Interrupted in the middle of his investigation by Luca, he is lectured about being too cold towards Felicità, and that he wants Nova to become closer to her, despite his own objections. Later on, Nova sends Felicità to investigate the doings of the research division, as she would be the least suspicious person. Discovered to be fiddling with the lock with the key given to her by Nova, Jolly brings Felicità into the research division's area, and hands her a few documents, say

Liberta and Felicità are given a task by Mama to hand a scarf to a woman named Ms.Jovanna, however, due to the sudden recollections of his past, Liberta becomes disturbed to the point where the both of them get into a small accident, and have to spend the rest of the day working for a shop owner whose shop they accidentally destroyed. When Liberta discovers a familiar mask in the shop, he suddenly remembers that a masked man saved him from an orphanage that he used to live in. After accidentally reading Dante's heart, and seeing a fragment of Liberta's past, she consults Dante, and he proceeds to tell her that he was indeed the masked man who saved Liberta, as well as sealed his memories of his power over words, while Mondo sealed his ability itself, which allowed whatever he said to happen, away. Seeking Dante to find out the truth about his past himself, Liberta is told by Dante that the reason why the seal hasn't been removed yet, was due to the fact that he didn't find Liberta strong enough to accept his past just yet.

Whilst out shopping for some more cream, Kyōko and Yachiyo end up meeting Otoo's long lost wife, Haruna. As Yachiyo debates whether to tell Kyōko about her, she disappears again. As Yachiyo feels guilty about it, Mahiru learns about Jun's one-sided crush on Yachiyo and starts feeling sorry for him, leading Sōta to believe she has a crush on Jun. With some support from Jun, Yachiyo apologises to Otoo after he returns and cheers up.

Beelzebub - Season 1 - Episode 9
The delinquent group, MK-5, come to confront Oga, but are promptly beaten by him and Hildegarde, who catches the attention of a smitten Aoi. As Aoi's right hand ladies, Chiaki Tanimura and Nene Oomura confront Oga, Hildegarde, who had heard from Oga about his plans to dump Beelzebub onto Aoi, challenges her to a fight to test her strength. When Aoi returns to find Chiaki and Nene injured, she assumes Oga is responsible and confronts him in a fight. In actuality, Chiaki and Nene were attacked by MK-5, under the orders of Miwa, who desires the title of Queen. Shintarou helps Nene get to Aoi to tell her the truth, but when Miwa makes his move, Oga promptly beats him up. Afterward, Aoi is once again baffled by Oga trying to give her Beelzebub, explaining that he's forced to raise him because of Hildegarde. Later, Aoi decides to quit the Red Tails and put Nene in charge, feeling that she is no longer able to serve as their leader.
