Meanwhile, Hallgrim starts up a romance with a Swedish Flight Attendant.

Hallgrim learns of his plan. In an effort to sidetrack the police, Benjamin gets a drug addict to drive a van into a schoolyard in Berlin. There's a bomb in the back, which is set to go off at noon.

In spite of death threats against her, Thea does not cancel the Serbian minister's visit. They are kidnapped. A video is sent to Hallgrim with a demand for a hostage exchange - Thea and Milan for Bosco.
