A man transporting 72 condoms filled with heroin bound for Luther Mahoney is found dead in hotel. The department takes this opportunity to set up "Operation Get Luther." The operation almost goes off as planned, except Luther Mahoney gets Lewis' gun and is holding it on him as Kellerman and Stivers enter. Frank and Tim agree to become partners again. Tim stops by to see his uncle. Munch takes a call from a convict who was looking to talk to Bolander. He has information on an old murder case that should be a done deal. That involves the digging up of section C of the parking lot at a racetrack. Munch discovers that the supposed victim is alive; however, he isn't that way for long.

Nappa, the new Wiseguys leader, wants Adebisi to be punished for raping his godson Peter Schibetta. Robert Sippel, a Catholic priest who spent ten years in OZ for molesting a 14-year-old boy is released and but Poet returns.

Now and Again - Season 1 - Episode 14
Theo takes Michael with him to a meeting out in the park. He has to leave Michael there when he contact tells him that the POTUS wants to see him. Michael decides that he shall take this moment of freedom to send his wife some flowers for Valentines Day. Having no money he has to the bank and turns up just before the place is robbed. All the customers and staff are locked in the bank vault while the robbers escape. When one of the customers collapses and needs to get to hospital Michael makes a quick decision and uses his strength to open the vault. Unfortunately for him he is caught on camera doing so, something that does not please Theo at all.
