Richard Ayoade is joined by comedian Joe Wilkinson for a two-day break in Poland's second city Krakow, beginning by attending a baking workshop, before heading to a salt mine to marvel at the world's largest underground chapel. They also drive to Nowa Huta, a showcase suburb of socialist realism, where they end up in an authentic communist-era apartment - with obligatory vodka and pickles. After a lunch of pierogi dumplings, they take part in a stained glass workshop at the centre of Krakow's art nouveau movement.

Richard Ayoade and comedian Ellie Taylor head to the Spanish capital for a two-day break, following an itinerary rich in art, history, histrionics and ham. The pair go on a guided tour in which they view masterpieces by Bosch, Velasquez, Picasso and Dali, before they attend a ham-carving workshop and a sample a five-course tasting menu, of which four courses are pork or ham, including a tartare dish. They also take in a lively boating lake, a circus church and a grisly tour of the Spanish Inquisition.
