Jett delivers a toy to a boy for his pet hamster - a wheel for it to run in that lights up and plays music. The hamster loves it, but trouble ensues when the hamster accidentally runs through a device that makes it huge. No longer able to fit in the light-up wheel, the hamster goes in search of a wheel more its size and finds the biggest light-up wheel around: the London Eye Ferris wheel.

But when a school of naughty fish steals the envelopes with all the invitations in them, Jett calls Paul to track down the slippery thieves and deliver the invitations to all of Chay's friends.
