Meanwhile Sophie and best friend Katia plan a surprise dance to show off their talents at the tournament.

Carole seems to be the front runner but then Vasos makes a surprise announcement whilst Al brings his Japanese girlfriend to the office, causing Sophie dismay.

It's a chance for Stath to prove himself outside the family business, but he struggles to fit in with their 'work hard, play hard' culture. Al tries to train Sophie as Stath's replacement, but although the pair bond, she isn't cut out for the lettings world.

However, he struggles to pick up the phone as fast as the other agents to arrange viewings. In an act of desperation he steals a viewing from arch rival Carole but things don't go to plan. Meanwhile, Stath's sister Sophie is left to take Al to hospital after a nasty accident in the office.
