Based on the best-selling children's books written and illustrated by Mick Inkpen, "Kipper" follows the adventures of the title character, a dog, and his animal friends: Tiger (who is actually a dog, too), Pig (who really is a pig) and Arnold (also a pig). They have adventures that lead them into funny situations but always provide a lesson.
