They need Scott’s help to find and renovate their first of many income properties so that they can quickly “take over the suburbs as land baron and baroness.”

Jamie needs to find a home with an income suite that he can renovate and rent in order to supplement his irregular salary enough to keep producing documentary films. Jamie has never purchased real estate before.
