According to documents that were declassified by the FBI in 2014, Adolf Hitler may have survived World War II and fled to South America following the fall of Nazi Germany. In this series a team of investigators -- led by 21-year CIA veteran Bob Baer and war crimes investigator John Cencich -- undertakes a definitive search with the goal of finding out whether the notorious dictator actually survived the war and pulled off one of history's greatest disappearing acts. The team uncovers a mysterious Nazi lair in the Argentinean jungle and searches for evidence of a missing U-boat that may have transported Hitler out of Europe as Germany collapsed.

Bob Baer and Dr. John Cencic continue their investigation into the death of Adolf Hitler and sending teams to three countries: Germany, Spain and Argentina. Lenny DePaul and Sascha Keil find a never before exposed tunnel from Hitler's bunker leads directly to Tempelhof airport, where Hitler's private plane awaited him. Tim Kennedy joins an elite team of archaeologists sea in a search for a possible German submarine off the coast of Argentina. Lenny will investigate along with Gerrard Williams or possibly Hitler arrived in Spain, where he was hiding with the help of the Spanish dictator Francisco Franco.

One of the world’s foremost death claims investigator Steven Rambam and Nazi profiler and historian Gerrard Williams join Tim Kennedy to investigate a site that the FBI reported that Hitler used to disembark from a U-boat in Argentina. Lenny DePaul uncovers an escape route from Hitler’s bunker in Berlin to nearby Tempelhof Airport, where multiple Nazi airplanes took off under the cover of darkness.

Bob Baer and Dr. John Cencich send Lenny DePaul and Gerrard Williams to Spain, where they investigate a remote monastery that could have been a hiding place for Nazis and uncover an eyewitness that places Hitler living within those very walls. Further investigation leads the team to a mysterious German plane landing and nearby Nazi communication devices deep in Spain. Tim Kennedy prepares to dive for what could be a sunken German U-Boat off the coast of Argentina. Ultimately the team is led to the Canary Islands, where they uncover a possible Enigma machine and tunnels used to supply German U-boats with torpedoes.

In the climax of the investigation, the head of the team leads a search of two marshes in the heart of Bogota that are listed in the declassified FBI files as being the location of a submerged plane that transported Hitler to the area. Using historical maps and cutting edge technology the team corroborates information from the FBI file and finds evidence of a suspicious object buried deep in the mud of a marsh matching the description within the files, which could be a plane!

Based on FBI files on Hitler’s health it is determined that the Fuhrer could not have made the long journey from Spain to South America in one nonstop trip. They decide the Canary Islands as the most logical stopping place. Lenny DePaul and Gerrard Williams uncover a documented Nazi presence on the island of as well as an enormous underground naval and U-boat base connected to the Nazi military, previously unknown to the public. Guided by the FBI files and an OSS most wanted list of Nazis, the team concludes that it was possible for Hitler to seek rest and refuge on the island on his way to where the team has determined a U-boat carrying Hitler could have arrived.

Following declassified FBI files that link Hitler’s U-boat unloading site to a massive German owned estate in the Southern Andes, the team uncovers the town of Bariloche and the Inalco House, where Hitler could have stayed. After trying to gain access to the property with aerial drones and a secret swim through the water, the team is able to take photos of the mysterious interior as well as finds a vent that could lead to a bunker.

Pressure testing the FBI files the team starts the investigation in the small farming town of Charata, Argentina. Following leads embedded in the declassified files the investigation uncovers a school that was once part of the Nazi Youth movement as well as a prominent Nazi Carlos Buck who lived in the area. Furthering the investigation they also uncover a fortified storage facility with characteristics matching that of a military bunker in the area the FBI files place Hitler and a mysterious under anomaly on Carlos Buck’s property.
