Monica visits Jason, who's surprised to learn she's a doctor and he's a pre-med student. He realizes why he knows medical terms, but he still can't remember the hospital or anyone in it. Prior to Eddie Maine's concert, Ned's served with a restraining order barring him from singing as Eddie. Defying Edward, Ned plays anyway but gets arrested.

Audrey's friends and colleagues surprise her with a celebration commemorating her 10,000th day at the hospital. Recalling the first time she walked through the hospital's doors, a beaming Audrey thanks everyone for making her feel so at home throughout all the years. Later, Alan presents his old friend with a special pin to honor her decades of dedicated service. On their way up to the party, Scott and Luke find themselves stuck in an elevator along with a pregnant woman in labor. Hearing about the stuck elevator, Alan walks everyone over to a nearby computer terminal and boasts how he can solve this problem with the push of a button. As he pushes, the lights go out, bringing sighs of frustration from Monica and the others. Zander catches Maxie eavesdropping on his conversation with Monica. Luke and Scott help Phoebe deliver a healthy baby girl just as the elevator goes back in service. M

At the penthouse, Carly revels in Sonny's full and passionate attention once again. Marcus informs a sputtering A.J. that all of his assets have been frozen by the feds in the wake of racketeering charges. Jason assures Elizabeth that the previous night's events did nothing to damage their friendship. Edward threatens to disinherit A.J. completely unless he plays ball. Sonny confides to Jason how he hopes he and Carly can have a child together now that they've been given a second chance. Meanwhile, Zander fears that Jason's return means he's lost his chance with Carly.
