When Alistair confronts Theresa about her grandiose plans to spend the Crane money on repairing the elevators, she takes a tone with him, and forgetting that he holds her life in his hands, goes off on him. Luckily, Alistair still has plans for Theresa's downfall, so he turns on the charm for her. Charity is upset when she sees Miguel and Kay talking, but Miguel manages to smooth it over. Kay, meanwhile, is gloating to Jessica, saying that it's about time her plans to break Charity and Miguel up finally worked. Gwen and Ethan are ecstatic when Eve confirms Gwen's pregnancy. Ethan says a silent goodbye to Theresa as he prepares for his life with his first love. When Eve asks Ethan to fill out the insurance forms, he's at a loss, because he has none. At the inn, David is disappointed when Grace declines to travel around the world with him because she still loves Sam. David does his best to convince Grace she's in love with him instead, but she keeps him from getting too close. Back in Harmony, Ivy takes Sam on a trip down memory lane and tries to get him to open up to her. Sam asks Ivy for her opinion regarding Grace, and she replies that she thinks Grace loves David. Julian threatens to cut Fox off completely if he doesn't leave town and keep silent about what he suspects about him and Eve. Fox tries to figure out a way to stay in town. TC wishes Chad was Eve's son so Whitney would stay away from him. Meanwhile, Chad and Whitney make plans to move to L.A. and prepare to tell her parents together. In Sheridan's bedroom, Beth and Charlie try to figure out how to get an unconscious Sheridan over to Beth's place without getting caught.

Precious has a fantasy about Luis choosing her over Beth and Sheridan. Recalling how he and Sheridan have been torn apart in their past lives, Luis vows to make sure they will be together in this lifetime. Sheridan refuses to make a video in which she says she's in Paris. Beth and Charlie set out to bury Sheridan alive, but Luis shows up at the house. At the hospital, Sam stops a confrontation between Grace and Ivy. Ivy states Grace is at fault for Kay being in premature labor. Grace is hurt when Sam's silence makes her realize he agrees. David comforts his ""wife"". Hoping to widen the rift, Ivy tells Sam she feels Grace is a bad mother. Miguel continues to coach Kay through her contractions. Pilar reassures Charity of Miguel's love. Kay's condition deteriorates as her blood pressure goes up. Fox, Chad and Whitney settle into the Crane apartment in L.A. After Fox makes a call to a friend, Chad gets called into work.

Ivy and Ethan can't believe it when a mentally unbalanced Gwen again stabs Theresa with a scalpel. Theresa falls into a coma, but comes out of it when Ethan places their daughter in her arms. Ethan is nervous and asks Theresa not to press charges against Gwen, who's been arrested.

Ethan calls Rebecca up at the cabin, and despite her mother's warnings, Gwen desperately wants to speak with her husband. Rebecca manages to keep her away from the phone, but not before Ethan hears her voice. Luis again attacks Martin, but Pilar tells him to leave his father alone, and reiterates her support of Martin. Later, when Luis finds Katherine comforting a distraught Sheridan, he pulls her out of her mother's arms.

Passions - Season 6 - Episode 152

Rebecca forces Gwen to keep in hiding with the baby as she tries to deflect Ethan's questions up at the cabin. Julian and Eve worry about the potential birth defects their child could have because of his parentage. Pilar tells Martin she wants him to come back to her, but Martin tells her that it isn't going to happen.

Passions - Season 6 - Episode 158

Kay and Simone are upset when they realise Jessica has snuck out again, but they're in for more bad news when Ivy tells them that Chad and Whitney may be reuniting. Simone admits she is relieved that Whitney stole her boyfriend, because it could have been her sleeping with her half-brother. Sheridan and Theresa are devastated to watch the plane take off. Rebecca takes great pleasure in giving Theresa a taste of her own medicine.

Eve attempts to assure Whitney that her baby boy is perfect in every way, but Whitney still refuses to even look at her child. Alistair encourages Chad to go after Whitney, even sleep with her if he still wants to, much to Julian's disgust. Precious and Edna share a tearful goodbye.

Passions - Season 6 - Episode 178

After being needled by Tabitha about how much she will lose if Grace ever decides to come to Harmony, Ivy goes to check on Jessica and just misses catching her with the bloody rags. After Whitney's son is rushed to the NICU, Whitney prays for God to take care of him in Heaven. Luis and Sheridan spend time with Marty, but Luis warns her that if she keeps insisting he is hers Beth will cut them off. Mrs. Wallace is shocked to watch Alistair and Beth plot to kill Sheridan.
