The others are: Risa Barbeko, 50s, and Daphne, late-20s. All three are gathered for an interview. Daphne and Kate agree to play matchmaker for one another. At a restaurant, Kate notices Michael with a date, Paulette. She tries to slip out unnoticed but ends up smashing into a waiter, making Michael notice her. The next day, Michael leaves Kate a message on her office voicemail asking her to call him back. Kate is set on a date with a whisperer named Peter. She goes on another blind date with Danny, a man who asks for a time out during the date in order to get feedback on how it's going so far by Kate. #2 - A Walsh Family Christmas
Beverly Hills, 90210 - Season 2 - Episode 18
Steve arrives in Albuquerque and tracks down his grandfather, a diner owner. Al explains that his daughter gave up Steve because she was very young and wanted him to have a good home. He sadly reveals that Karen died in a car accident. Steve leaves flowers at her grave and convinces an eccentric Santa-like charter pilot to fly him home for Christmas. Cindy is depressed about her first Christmas in Beverly Hills. She invites the kids' friends and their families for Christmas Eve dinner, but everyone has other plans. Brandon visits Emily in a psychiatric hospital, where she is doing very well. Brenda begins work at an upscale clothing boutique. She feels bad when her boss throws out a cheerful old man dressed as Santa Claus. She stops the police from harassing him and invites him over for dinner. Dylan goes to see his father in prison and talks with the same Santa. Jackie is furious when Mel backs out of Christmas Eve plans because his estranged wife asked him to come over with David. Samantha, Kelly, Jackie, Andrea, David, Mel, Donna, Dylan and Steve all show up at the Walsh house for dinner and caroling. The old man gives everyone presents and describes his lonely life; his children are grown and his wife died a year earlier. He thanks Brenda for her kindness and generosity and then mysteriously disappears as footsteps are heard on the roof. Brenda tries to convince Andrea to ask Brandon to the spring dance, but Kelly beats her to it. Steve reluctantly takes Donna, who wears an elaborate gown that impedes sitting or dancing. He ignores her, gets drunk, and lashes out at Brandon and Kelly. Kelly admits her crush on Brandon, and they kiss. However, he nixes a relationship because he thinks of her as a sister. Steve reveals that it is his birthday, and that he is especially sensitive about this after recently learning that he is adopted. He had confided in Kelly, but she forgot because she was caught up in her quest to become spring queen. Brenda and Dylan check into a hotel room upstairs, and she loses her virginity. While watching a horror movie, Andrea daydreams about chasing Kelly with a chainsaw. She decides to go to the dance alone. David wins a dance contest, and receives the right to dance with spring queen Kelly. Carrie, Samantha, Charlotte and Miranda head to the Hamptons and Charlotte meets a 26-year old guy. She tells him she's 27 and she starts to act like a girl in her twenties. They sleep together and he gives her crabs. Samantha fires her 25-year old assistant Nina and she steals her business rolodex. She gets jealous when Nina plans "The Hamptons Hoe-Down" and people who have never shown up for her parties show up for Nina's. She decides to congratulate her and is happy to discover that Nina needs her help because nothing is going as planned and to pay her back she sets her up with Greg, the guy who gave Charlotte crabs. Carrie gains a protege and can't believe that at 25 she's still a virgin. She goes to a book party and meets a doctor. Later at the hoe-down she runs into Mr. Big, who's back from Paris, with his twenty-something girlfriend whom he met in Paris.

Sex and the City - Season 1 - Episode 7
Carrie is spending all her time with Mr. Big, and then finds he's not being exclusive, which she can't handle. Miranda has broken up with Skipper, but when she sees him out with another woman, she tries to get back together, on a non-exclusive basis, which he can't handle. Samantha goes apartment hunting, supposedly with a realtor on an exclusive basis, but actually continues to use others.

Grosse Pointe - Season 1 - Episode 16
Marcy develops a friendship with Buffy, the Vampire Slayer star Sarah Michelle Gellar through yoga class, leaving Hunter feeling left out. The network begins pressing Rob to come up with a celebrity guest star to boost ratings, so he persuades a reluctant Marcy to ask Sarah Michelle to appear on the show. She agrees, provided that she can kiss Marcy's character. Hunter convinces Marcy that Sarah Michelle has a crush on her. Marcy tries to kiss her during an evening out, leaving Sarah Michelle extremely bewildered. She explains that she is not gay, and simply saw a lesbian storyline as an opportunity to garner an Emmy nomination. She backs out of the guest appearance because she is now uncomfortable around Marcy. Johnny begins paying an inordinate amount of attention to Marcy after Hunter convinces him that Marcy and Sarah Michelle are involved. Quentin accidentally hits an old woman with his car while racing back to the set with Courtney. Because there were no witnesses, Quentin is hailed as a hero for coming to the woman's aid. He gets caught up in his new hero image and offers a $100,000 reward to anyone who can bring the hit-and-run driver to justice. Although he ignores Courtney's pleas that he confess the truth, he finally decides to come clean because he feels his pig has lost respect for him. When he goes to visit the woman in the hospital, he discovers that she has pinned the crime on her nephew. She does not press charges, but now feels that she is entitled to the reward money. Kevin helps Rob through his writer's block by suggesting that he incorporate storylines from famous movies (which Rob had never seen before). After Rob hogs all the credit, Kevin complains that his boss does not take him seriously. Rob insists that he respects Kevin, but then turns Kevin's impassioned speech into a scene on the show.
